I have seen the restaurant couple of times on this prime location and multiple times thought of going there but it didn’t happen for one reason or another. Finally we got determined to try it out on Mother’s day. At first we were fully ready to wait 30 mins as the reservation was not available online, so we walked in but surprisingly we waited only 3 mins. Server got us to our table and she was super nice. We ordered below food items which I am rating separately. But just to summarize overall ambiance and service was very good. I would say that even prices didn’t even seem crazy to me neither they had mandatory tip or anything. So for me it was a great experience and I would love to come back again. One thing I would love to mention that these guys know how to cook Chicken Breast, which is one of the hardest meat to cook as per my wife. Amazing job there. Starters / Drinks Peach Lemonade / Lemonade: 7 / 10 Avocado Tacos: 8.5 / 10 Chicken Taquitos: 6.5 / 10 Thai chili Spicy Shirmps: 8 / 10 Main Course Chicken / Shrimp Jambalaya: 8 / 10 Chicken / Shrimp Jamaican : 8 / 10 Louisiana Chicken Pasta: 7 / 10 Chicken Parmesan Sandwich: 7.5 / 10 Kids chicken strips: 8 / 10 (same flavor all over the world) :) Desserts Strawberry Shortcake: 9 / 10 Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake: 7.5 / 10 Buffalo Sauce: 10 / 10 (don’t miss it, it’s awesome) i would even buy it in a bottle if they sell it separately. Flavor - Star - 8.5 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - Star - 8 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 8.5 / 10 Service - Star - 8.5 / 10 Value for Money - Star - 8.5 / 10 Suggestion for owner: You guys are doing great job, please don’t get upset with my food rating, I am strict at those :) Suggestion for customer: Try to reserve early as there can be wait times, i was lucky but not everyone is. And don’t forget to order Buffalo Sauce, it’s LIT Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Usually, My mom and I love coming here. But tonight’s experience made us not want to come back anymore. When we arrived, there was a lot of visible trash outside of the restaurant, right in front of the entrance area. We were sat immediately, however we then waited 10-15 minutes for our server to greet us. Once she arrived, she was great and very helpful. We ordered right away and after that it took about 30-45 minutes for our two meals to arrive. My mom ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which were fine, but I ordered the fried Mac and cheese ball appetizer and it was not good. It came out completely burnt in multiple spots. On the bottom of 3/4 balls it was completely charred. Multiple other spots were charred and I could barely attempt to try it. We told them we didn’t want it remade (my appetite had now gone away) but wanted to let them know how bad it was. They said it would only take 5-6 minutes to remake so we let them. When it was brought to the table, it was not brought by the server nor a manager, and there was no apology for the mishap with the order. This time it was better, but still 1-2 spots of burnt. Besides that, we also noticed our table was dirty upon arrival. There were still crumbs on the seats and the table. We saw a busser come wipe off a table with only a towel, no disinfectant spray, and wipe the crumbs onto the floor and walk away. When I visited the restroom, my stall had multiple toilet seat covers thrown all over the floor. The restroom reeked of urine and the toilet paper was not on the holder, it was behind the toilet with no protection, just a single roll you had to grab and use. Overall, this was an awful experience. Our server was great but everything else was a complete miss. Will not be returning for a long time.

Waited 45 minutes to be seated which is typical for Cheesecake Factory around 7:30 on a Sunday. However, after being seated around 8:25, we waited 10 minutes to even be introduced to our server. After she took our drink order and meal orders, we waited for about 45 minutes for a simple complementary bread basket which was only lukewarm on arrival. When we asked 20 minutes into waiting about the bread, we received a sassy response that the bread was "on its way" which took another 25 minutes to come. The Thai Chicken Wraps were the next to arrive. There were only 6 meager-sized pieces of chicken on the plate which is completely insane considering the appetizer was priced at a hefty 16 dollars. We waited another additional 10 minutes for the main course to arrive which were all far below expectations. My brother received a burnt bacon burger and my parents were handed a watery and mushy shrimp scampi. The Italian Trio I ordered came with some burnt rigatoni with a salty tomato sauce, mediocre alfredo, and a dry cut of grilled chicken. Considering the fact the restaurant was only about 60 percent full when we received our food, this is unacceptable. Furthermore the service provided by our server was completely inadequate as she only visited the table a total of 4 times (3 of which were mandatory) and showed no remorse for the time we had to wait. This establishment is not the restaurant we had once enjoyed before Covid, it is simply a shell of our former experience. I do not recommend coming here.

Well know it 9/5/22 My family and I are back to eat. In the past I have given a great review. Sorry but this time it was the worst I have ever seen . The host are very rude they need to learn how to speak to a customer. We finally got seated in a less than half full restaurant. The server Jonathan was great he made it better . Until our food came out. My gumbo had little taste and was just warm . My son had the burrito and on the end there where hairs baked in the cheese on top. They where the small hairs to. So you might guess how pist I am about this visit. This time was supposed to be special. It's my daughter's 18th birthday. What a let down. For Jonathan I give him 5 stars for really trying to make it right. For everything else -5 . To top it off everything we ordered they where out of so we ordered again and strike 2 out of stock. The 3rd time we found something they actually had. Poor management to very slow cooks and very rude host. 🤮👎. Then I ask for a manager and I think she was acting as a manager because they couldn't find the real manager. She makes excuses that they where busy . I told her when I came in the place wasn't even half full so she must not be able to handle her job very well. Plus she was part of the problem at the front with the host. What a joke. These pictures are from When I did have good service in the past. I should posted new pictures but I was to pist and forgot. Sad sad

Update! My review below was seen by the owner of The Cheesecake Factory. The owner personally emailed me asking for more information, which I provided and he apologized for the experience we had at the restaurant. The next email I received was from Rebecca in guest relations asking for more details as well. That email was followed up with a $50 gift card to the restaurant. I would like to thank the owner for reaching out and making this right. I also hope that they will make the changes that are necessary for those who will continue to dine there. ‐---------- The prices are NOT worth what is on the plate. The Mojito was 15 dollars, and I don't think there was hardly any liquor in it. We were there celebrating my granddaughters 14th birthday, and if it wasn't for that, we would have gotten up and walked out. Service was not good. My meal, which consisted of a small burger and a salad made of just lettuce, finally came to the table when everyone else was finished with their meal. They said they were waiting on the salad....it was a bowl of lettuce! It was the sadest thing I had ever seen. I think my burger was still mooing. Please don't waste your money and time. It really isn't worth it. Thank God my granddaughters enjoyed their meal. Way too pricey!

If you're going to eat cheesecake, I can't think of a better place. Lisa is the friendliest person I have ever seen. He was helpful and increased the energy of our table with his conversations. Our dining guests also left very happy. The place is spotlessly clean. If there is a cheesecake factory near you, you should definitely try it. eğer cheesecake yiyecekseniz daha iyi bir yer düşünemiyorum.
