January this year purchased a chicken biscuit - it disintegrated into a pile of crumbles while I tried to eat it. Didn't report it. February this year and people these are all posted on my facebook page - - - toasted chicken salad sandwich - BURNT. Didn't report it. Last week - order was WRONG, completely. I phoned. Gave my name, what was wrong - all the details and Christina was very apologetic. Said she'd made note of my name - come by and they'll replace it. Yesterday I went by. Drive through and I DID ask Christina did I need to come inside or could I come through drive through. She said - drive through is fine, absolutely. So I said Christina said to come by and give my name, etc etc and she apologized and asked what I wanted - total was $1.97 for my diet lemonade. I get to the window. I'm asked my name. What was wrong with my order - what was I supposed to get? Then WHEN WAS THIS?? at this point - I lost it and said - I don't remember the day, but I phoned, I spoke with Christina, she took my name, she said come by and give my name and they'll replace my sandwich. You either want a satisfied customer and will replace the sandwich or not. The gal says - we won't replace it and proceeded to ring up the cost of my sandwich.....I drove off. I've phoned Chick fil-a cares and they said they'll ask John Thornsbury - the franchise owner to call me and send me some coupons, blah blah. It's a SANDWICH and I was given the third degree - NO COUPON WILL...
Read moreAs someone who never writes reviews, especially negative ones, I felt this experience needs to be shared. Chick fil a prides themselves on their morals, values, and doing the right thing. The location at North Point Mall completely disregarded those things today. I’m sitting in my vehicle eating lunch and witnessed a drive thru employee approach a homeless mother and her daughter who was in a stroller (the child was 2 at the most) and proceed to kick them off of the property. I understand that businesses cannot have people loitering or soliciting out front of their establishment. However, the woman was not asking for money, her sign was simply asking for help feeding her daughter. Chick fil a is a multimillion dollar company the least the could have done was spare some chicken nuggets for the child. Seeing this I proceed to speak to the mother who said “ I’m just trying to feed my baby.” I go inside and order them two 12 count nugget meals with a milk for the baby. I pay for the meal and ask to speak to the manager. When I relay this story to the manager I tell her that it’s unacceptable that a customer should have do the right thing because Chick fil a didn’t. The only response I received from her was “I understand” in a seemingly uninterested manor. Chick fil a you dropped the ball on this one, I hope you do...
Read moreI work very close to this location so i go quite often. Normally everything's A+. They have forgotten my requested sauce 2-3x (going inside). Service is always good however really really RUSHED on the drive-thru. I like fast service but not rushed to the point that your hand greets me as soon as i pull up. Today 5/25/2017 i asked the cashier to repeat my total at the window so i could provide the exact amt, as i grabbed two more coins two emp's eyed me down until i handed the money over. Then person who handled me the food pushed the bag and cup at me from one hand. VERY easy way to possibly drop both items if this isn't something a person practices everyday. My last two trips here i got the fruit punch hi-c which was EXTREMELY WATERED DOWN! This is really unacceptable, esp. for a person that's on lunch (running there and right back to work). I honestly wont be returning, its too many others food options. I will share with my coworkers so that they could avoid this experience or worst. I called to s/w a mgr the first time and of course they offered me to drive back to get a 'drink'. I guess that made it better so that when i came the next time i got the same...
