Adventure Tower at Disneyland Hotel — Hotel in Anaheim

We left for the park and our tub was dry, came back at 10 pm and it was filled with WARM water -so obviously someone in the hotel knew the problem. When we called for maintenance, 30+ minutes later we were given towels. We had to SPONGE BATHE at a Disney hotel. Absolutely degrading and unacceptable. When we complained to a manager, all we were given were lightning lane passes for our last day out of 3 days. They have shown they care more about being corporate than continuing the Disney magic. It’s the Adventure Tower at The Disneyland hotel. Excellent stay as have been previous stays. Service upon parking and check in is top notch. Clean, safe, convenient location. Our view was of mostly hotel-entrance but if you walk inside and put your head onto the window you could see Downtown Disney, the Grand Californian Hotel, The Paradise Pier, Disneyland and DCAP which stands for Disney's California Adventure park.
