I had requested not to be in this Tower ( Fantasy Tower) at the Disneyland Hotel. We had 5 in our party and only 2 beds no room for a roll away. Our premium view was of mostly roof top but if you put your head on the window you could see the pool. I called the front desk to request to be moved but the cast member told me.'Sorry that's all we have' Funny, because lots of guests were still checking in..she was not friendly at all. Next morning I took a shower in freezing cold water, my daughter took one about 45 minutes after I did and still freezing cold water. I did not call about the shower because I don't think they care. The way that cast member spoke to me was not necessary when I called about the room. You know they keep notes on guests so if you bring them to task to many times they will enter that you are a difficult guest. I must be a difficult guest just expecting to get what I've paid for. My family has been coming to this Hotel for over 50 years and I have never been contacted by Disney to compensate for any dissatisfaction or problem I've had here. I've witnessed guests getting upgraded, compensated, a free meal if a cast member may have been rude, so atleast somebody is given attention. People spend so much of their hard earned money here and it's very sad when Management cannot tell when a legitimate upset is happening. We have spent thousands of dollars here but even if you've spent 5 dollars here you deserve that 5 dollars to matter to that place in which your spending it at. I have overlooked so many problems we have had here especially with the 'Guests with disabilities ' which I won't even go into publicly. Some of the cast members attitudes can ruin your whole visit, I do appreciate when we've encountered a cast member who has made our visit special but this doesn't happen very...

I would highly recommend paying for the concierge level upgrade. The only issue I have with the Disneyland hotel is the bath towels. They are thin and hard as a rock. Paying over $800/night, I would expect big fluffy towels. Several of our towels were so this and used, there were holes in them due to use. Other than that, perfect place to stay. Pictures of Fireworks lights above the bed and our pool...
Read moreSmall, but delightful rooms. The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet, which is nice. This is the main building of the Disneyland hotel, so very close to the monorail, parking, and Disney convention center. Everything is very whimsical and decorated with Disney magic. 1 star off because the rooms are small, and all the amenities still have lines, even just to get snacks by the pool. They also don't let you use rafts in the pool, and by Sat at noon there were no chairs left to even leave towels...
