VISITING ANNAPOLIS WITH A LARGE GROUP? CONSIDER STAYING AT THE OAKS BED AND BREAKFAST! Our group of 14 had an wonderful experience at this B&B. From the moment we arrived, the owners welcomed us warmly to their historic and charming establishment. Originally built in 1830 and expanded in 1860, the property comfortably accommodated our four families with its ample space. The kitchen was impressively equipped, featuring a 6-burner Viking stove among other amenities. The house includes 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and 8 uniquely themed bedrooms (such as the blue room, the gold room, green, red, etc.), along with a loft area on the top floor. There's also a spacious yard which we wished we had more time to enjoy. One of the best features of the Oaks is its prime downtown Annapolis location, just steps away from the city docks and within easy walking distance to major points of interest like USNA, the stadium, and Eastport. You can park your car in a garage conveniently located around the corner and enjoy everything the city has to offer on foot. Many thanks to Sharon and Quinton for making our vacation truly amazing!

My husband and I were guests at the Oaks in Annapolis to celebrate my birthday for the Bourbon and BBQ Event. What a great time! Sharon and Quenton were the consummate hosts. The live music was great. Our accommodations were lovely with every detail attended to. We were previously guests at the Oaks in Bethesda and will be back! Sincere thanks.

My recent stay at the beautiful bed and breakfast in downtown Annapolis was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt transported, surrounded by the rich history and timeless charm that this hidden gem exudes.

The ambiance of the inn is a delightful blend of elegance and warmth. The carefully curated antique furniture and decor evoke a sense of nostalgia, while still offering modern comforts. The attention to detail in each room reflects the innkeeper's passion for preserving the authenticity of the space, making it a true haven for history enthusiasts and romantics alike.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the historic sites, quaint shops, and delightful eateries that define downtown Annapolis. After a day of exploring the charming streets and waterfront, it was a joy to return to the peaceful retreat of the bed and breakfast.

The innkeepers are the heart and soul of this establishment. Their hospitality is beyond compare, and their knowledge of the local area added a personal touch to my stay. From the freshly prepared breakfasts served in the elegant dining room, every moment felt like a cherished memory in the making.

This bed and breakfast is more than accommodation; it's a unique experience. I highly recommend this hidden treasure to anyone seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape into history. My stay left me rejuvenated and filled with a sense of appreciation for the beauty that can be found in preserving the past. I can't wait to return and create more lasting memories in this...

My stay at The Oaks Inn Annapolis was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Sharon and Quinton, the wonderful hosts, greeted us with genuine warmth and a plate of delicious cookies – a sweet touch that set the tone for our entire visit.

The 7-bedroom house is a true gem nestled in the heart of Annapolis. The charm of the original wood floors combined with the eclectic interior design created a uniquely beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. Each room had its own character, making our stay feel like a journey through art and history. Sharon and Quinton spared no effort to ensure our comfort. They provided a thoughtful tour of the inn, highlighting its history and unique features. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the well-appointed rooms to the cozy common areas. Moreover, they offered personalized recommendations for exploring Annapolis.

Now, let's talk about the brunch – a culinary experience that exceeded all expectations! The salmon cakes and grits were an absolute revelation. The flavors were expertly crafted, and each bite was a testament to their culinary expertise. It's safe to say that it was the best brunch I've ever had.

If you're looking for a beautiful, charming, and welcoming place to stay in Annapolis, look no further than The Oaks Inn Annapolis. My sincere gratitude to the hosts for making our stay truly exceptional. We can't...
