I have loved Hobo for years and especially loved that it was a local brand. I have bought many bags there over the years (for both myself and as gifts) but will never buy Hobo again. Yesterday I took a purse that I had bough about 5 years ago (wasn't sure when I bought it) into ask about a zipper that broke and stitching that was coming apart. I walk to the counter say hello, explained that I wasn't sure when I bough it but it was several years ago....the woman working asked my name, looks me us an says you bought it in 2014...I say ok..she says...well you can come look...I wasn't doubting what she was telling me, I wanted to talk about remedies. She was so incredibly rude and condescending in her tone I was offended and angry. I understand there needs to be expirations on warranties and I did not debate that...in fact I said nothing because I did not want to stoop to her level and be rude. So Hobo....I am curious why you would be so rude a customer who has bought multiple times from you....your impoliteness and ill-mannered attitude is not a good look...

Regarding the changes in quality... I purchased a gift in store, which I had to return due to a broken zipper after the first use. It was exchanged for another of the same model....The attached photo shows the state of the interior zippered pocket of the exchanged item which made the interior pocket unusable (two products and two defects). The gift recipient suggested I get my money back however the exchange/return policy was so cumbersome that it rendered it useless as an option (I did not have 4-6 weeks to spend on problems). We did not have time for another trip to Annapolis (see attached). Disappointed... UPDATE - I had the bag repaired (inside stitching) at a leather...

Nice bags and accessories. Large selection. Sadly, they’ve changed the interior fabric of the bags. The beautiful floral fabric has been replaced with a cheap feeling plain beige fabric. I have purchased many bags from this store in the past and they have always honored a military discount. Today I was told no discount on sale merchandise. I was also not able to use previously earned points towards my purchase. Lastly, after spending a half hour in the store and making a purchase, I was denied access to the rest room and told to go to a local restaurant.
