⚠️ I had an extremely unpleasant experience this evening (10/11) with an employee who was shockingly rude and aggressive. A male employee reached across me in an unnecessarily hostile manner to grab a basket, which I found both disrespectful and invasive. It was uncalled for, and frankly, felt confrontational. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and courtesy, and this employee was far from it. Read morePopped in quickly this afternoon while walking downtown. Dealt with the rudest CVS employee back in the pharmacy. There was a long line in the front when I walked in so I grabbed the box of bandaids I needed and ran to the back to pay. She had 1 customer paying when I walked up so I stood in line to pay as I thought it would be helpful to the busy front.
She asked if I was getting medication and I said I just needed to pay. She said I needed to go up front and when I said there was a line she then stopped helping the customer to call up front and verify if there was a line.
