⚠️ I had an extremely unpleasant experience this evening (10/11) with an employee who was shockingly rude and aggressive. A male employee reached across me in an unnecessarily hostile manner to grab a basket, which I found both disrespectful and invasive. It was uncalled for, and frankly, felt confrontational. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and courtesy, and this employee was far from it. This individual is a liability to your business. Popped in quickly this afternoon while walking downtown. Dealt with the rudest CVS employee back in the pharmacy. There was a long line in the front when I walked in so I grabbed the box of bandaids I needed and ran to the back to pay. She had 1 customer paying when I walked up so I stood in line to pay as I thought it would be helpful to the busy front.

She asked if I was getting medication and I said I just needed to pay. She said I needed to go up front and when I said there was a line she then stopped helping the customer to call up front and verify if there was a line.

She ended up waiting on me but told me over and over again that I should have gone to the front and even loudly complained to the next customer behind me as I was walking away how rude I was for coming...

ALWAYS disappointed when I go to the CVS on Bayridge rd. As a large chain store, there is a certain expectation and consistent customer service that often makes cvs a top choice for medications, and convenient items for consumers. The CVS on BAYRIDGE ROAD IN ANNAPOLIS MD. Fails to meet even the lowest standard I have set from numerous prior experiences over the past few YEARS! I truly hope this review is read and action taken to improve the horrible customer service at this location. I am frustrated as a customer, and would be embarrassed as an owner or manager...
