Drove 60 miles to Best Buy in Bangor for an Iphone 6S battery replacement. They said I had to make geek squad appointment so I did. Drove back for appoint a week later only to find out they did not have a battery in stock. I specified why I made the appointment! Then they said they couldn't order one unless I left my phone and couldn't tell me how long it would take to get one! My phone works, the battery just looses charge sooner than it should. Geek squad telephone services are ridiculous! Ppl over there can't even speak french or english correctly and are complete incompetent. I called 3 times to cancel my suscription and im still charged cause they can't even cancel it right. Plus, in case you need your cellphone repair, its a minimum of 3 weeks cause you have to ship your phone by mail instead of bring it to best buy!? Im never gonna use this service again. BY FAR the worst...

If I could give this a negative rating I absolutely would. It is the most ridiculous system I have ever experienced and the staff with one exception is absolutely no help whatsoever. I The Best Buy store manager is equally useless and the Best Buy system for contacting anyone is the most frustrating I have ever experienced. I will never use this store or the Geek Squad is the Geek Squad ever again again and I will recommend such to...
