Just wanted to say the customer service I received from this company was stellar. I want to say the gentleman’s name was Will, but I could be mistaken and I apologize for not remembering clearly. Anyways, I wanted to order an item that I found on their site, and living on the other side of the country I asked if they could verify it was the product I indeed wanted. I’ve been looking for this particular product for some time and had to make sure it was the exact match as its now discontinued. They went above and beyond helping me to identify the product by calling their other location that had it physically on a rack, and got images to verify and make sure it was what I wanted. The place is about as big as my bathroom but has every climbing product I've ever heard of. All hanging there ready to be touched and fondled and drooled over. No "oh we'd have to order that" about it.
They had several pairs of shoes for me to try on (even in a size 13) and plenty of advice. While I didn't purchase a pair, they offered to hold the set I wanted with no deposit to ship later.
Luke was friendly and knowledgeable and did not appear even remotely affected when it seemed that I may still be in the store after closing time. Gave me a great deal on some cordelette spool ends, too!

But I love it. They always have such a great selection for a small locally owned store and you can find stuff here you'd never find at any other outdoor retailers in the area. Technical climbing gear, hiking and winter hiking gear, ice climbing/mountaineering equipment, everything you could need for some variation of outdoor activity they seem to have something to benefit.
