Target — Local services in Blue Springs

One of the best Targets I’ve circulated in a min. It is setup diff from the one I usually go to. But the options abound!

Really liked their massive card collection, the way the makeup was displayed, sale prices for facial products, & having plenty of monster trail mix!

Now the shelves were bare when it came to pb, small Downey, & other home staples. I was surprised because it was a Saturday morning I came in ….not around the time of the month you may expect shortages.

Lots of clothes options. They didn’t have the Tabitha Brown collection as that was only in two stores in KC 😔

The night before the woman in the handbag dept went above & beyond to find the $12 bag I was looking for after seeing it on IG. She was so helpful esp since it was the last one! Now when I went to pick it up at customer service, I had to wait for the two ladies to catch up on the company gossip before I was assisted. This was right when they opened so it was only me, and my big eyes staring at them trying to get service as they looked and kept talking. Didn’t appreciate that.

Otherwise, self checkout was a breeze & an older gentleman that worked there helped me out getting a product since my back was about to buckle!

I will keep going to the Target 🎯 closest to me however if needed, I would visit again.

This target used to be the place I’d choose to go, for many years, today I was met with complete disrespect and unwillingness to make the situation correct.

I bought diapers 28.49x2, I needed a smaller size for our little guy, same brand and box size. I asked to swap out knowing I got the promotion spend 50 get 10 and returning would mess it all up. So they wanted to return to me for 23.49 (5.00 less than I paid), then they wanted me to go get a new box and still pay the 28.49. Because the promo ended they refused to assist. Therefore, I would have lost my 5.00 and ended up paying more. Called the corporate office and advised that I’d not correct and they refunded me. They could have done simple math and not had a rude attitude. I informed corporate they probably should assess who their executive management is, her name is Mia, but they don’t wear name tags either so it would be hard...

I had picked up some clearance auto cleaner. About 6 bottles. Was excited to try it. But when I went to purchase it, they said it was not on sale. So I went back and took pictures of it. There were about 10 of the clearance stickers. Bottles just everywhere. The shelf was à disaster. Then, an employee went back and took all of the stickers off the shelf. I asked what he was doing? He said someone forgot to take them off. Now I ask, so due to that, I can not get any of it. I was told no, I could not. Someone just forgot to fix it. I have always loved Target But the way I was treated by the cashier, man on the shelf issues, and the lady in charge of all the registers, probably be a while that I go back. But I will go to...
