Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bossier City

I stopped in on 4/15/2022 to get my mother a pint of Rocky Road. When I came in I noticed that one of the employee's children were camped-out at the first large table in the corner. There was trash on the table and floor along with a pair of dirty shoes, toys and empty ice cream containers. Another one of her children was literally laying beneath a food prep area behind the counter. She literally had a makeshift cot complete with a pillow and blanket under the counter and was watching TV and eating ice cream. The little girl would just walk around the store and get whatever she wanted to eat and the employee acted as though everything was fine. The store was filthy and the environment was uncomfortable having an employee use this location as a daycare. I understand that times are hard now, but there is no excuse for this. This sends a horrible message to potential customers. The employee was nice, but that was the only positive aspect of this visit. I cannot see myself coming back until...

My boyfriend and I have become new regulars at the Baskin Robin establishment in Bossier City strictly because of the costumer service that we are always provided. I cannot say enough good things about the costumer service, specially from female workers (Sydney, Emma, and Stomy). While among a multitude of rude and impatient costumers, the young women handle every situation with grace and responsibility, and in my professional opinion they are the epitome of great employees. They are also very efficient in there work, create helpful conversation with all the costumers while we were there, and always have a smile on their faces. I cannot state enough how much these employees deserve a raise with how wonderfully they handle themselves. We will be coming back to the Baskin Robins...

Had my favorite flavor, lemon custard so I got a quart. The employees were really friendly. There were just 2 of them working w/ a little bit of a line & impatient people kinda hassling the one worker who was doing her job replacing empty containers so she couldn't wait on ppl til she was done. The impatient lady left and I just stood and waited for her to get done which was like 2 mins, then she waited on me and was so nice. I felt bad the lady in front of me that was loudly saying " she's just standing there not waiting on us" she was putting those huge tubs of ice cream in the freezer!! Anyway otherwise it was great I'd definitely go back when I'm over...
