I just waited for 30 minutes (no exaggeration!) for a drive up order. I place these orders all the time at other locations and have never waited for more than 10 minutes. I know they noticed the same vehicle sitting there and no one ever acknowledged me. I finally rolled my window down after an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order and seeing everyone around me getting their orders and asked where my order was and a girl said it was coming. So I waited a little longer and still no order. I called and talked to someone and she looked up my order and told me that I could come back and it would be quicker if I would pick up in the store. I told her unfortunately that is a huge inconvenience to me as I have a child with special needs that is a hassle to get in and out for anything and that is the reason I choose drive up pick up orders. And she hung up on me! As if I was causing a problem and I was very calm at explaining my frustrations. Read moreThey say they price match Amazon, but they don't really. I tried to buy a switch game that is 42.99 on amazon, sold and shipped by Amazon. I was in store on Saturday (12/14/2019) , if I order from Amazon the game arrives on Tuesday, 12/17. I was told by the manager on duty that the product has to be "available today". I showed her it is in stock at amazon and I could order it today and it would be here Tuesday on prime. She said no, I have to be able to get it today from Amazon in order to price match. That makes no sense whatsoever because Amazon cannot get anything to you "today". So they lost a sale and I bought from Amazon and saved 5 bucks. Then I went to buy an echo studio, which showed online as them having 2 in stock. None in stock. None available at the other store or warehouse. Read moreA few days ago, I went shopping at this location which is a little out of my way. Initially I didn't find some of the things I was looking for. When I got to the cash register, I asked the cashier about the things I didn't locate. I was hesitant at first because some cashiers act as if you are a problem if you ask them questions while you are checking out. This cashier put a big smile on her face and told me "Don't worry, I got you". She then looked up the items and told me which items the store didn't have and where to find the items that the store did have. She put the rest of my items aside and waited for me to return. It is very nice to see that some people still have great customer service! I just want management to know that this cashier whose name I believe was Lea is a great asset...
