UuuuhMazing! Absolutely delicious sushi! In my opinion, thee best sushi in buena park. Great and casual dress atmosphere. We had the all you can eat for $27.95, food was so good that I got full n kept eating lol chef Kim was kind and had a great conversation, he explained to us that he has over 30 years experience in making sushi and that he loves working at Odori Sushi because of all the great people he gets to meet daily. Aside from the sushi being great, the restaurant itself is filled with kind waiters and waitresses, they were all helpful in answering any questions we had about the menu. Restaurant is imaculately clean and spotless as well as the bathrooms, very clean. We sat at the sushi bar where there's plenty of seating. Our waitress was awesome, she accomadated me with a pair of chopstick she handmade for me because she saw I was having some trouble with them, now that's service! I didn't have to ask her, she took it upon herself to take the time to make those for me. I love this place and I highly recommend Odori Sushi for all the sushi lovers out there. Menu had lots to choose from. I really can not think of anything negative to say about this place, except, for the fact that seating can be difficult unless you get there at the right time, in which in my boyfriend and i's place, we did, we got there at just the right time, between 7pm & 7:30pm and by 8pm people started pouring in and had to wait for seating, but definitely very well worth the wait. If you love sushi then Odori Sushi is the spot to head to for all you can eat sushi! Now, its not just all you can eat sushi, you can order other items on there own, they have dinner menu too, its not like a buffet style either, you order off the long vertical paper menu as all authentic, great sushi spots have. I give it 10 stars if I had the option to, so 5 big bright stars it is for...

[This review is for the AYCE only!]
-You get 3+ rounds to order what you want to eat (after 3 you can ask for another sheet) -You must finish your food to order more (can't leave the rice either...)
A good number of their fish selection is of low quality. That being said, I came famished and enjoyed my meal thoroughly. Decided to stay away from the nigiri (disappointment) after the first round.
The appetizer mussels were tasty (But when does baked mayo go wrong?). The hand rolls (my favorite was the tempura shrimp) were my favorite part of the meal. Rolls were decent! I came with a group and was able to try a few pieces of many rolls. Some, especially the cream cheese ones were too much to handle alone.
Our server was excellent. Knowledgable, prompt, and friendly.
Want to give 4 stars because of service.. but Odori doesnt quite reach 4...
Read moreThis is a fine little restaurant near Knott's Berry farm, but it doesn't attract the usual hordes of tired adults and youngsters that many of the others seem to. There is a sushi bar here, but we like the all you can eat (or all you care to eat) option. Select from a wide variety of rolls, hand rolls, sushi and appetizers. As much as you and your table mates wish to consume for a fixed price per person. If each person orders one of the slightly above average prices rolls the group comes out ahead. They have three rounds for ordering printed on their form. I have never been with a group that ordered more than two rounds, even when our friend brought her 18 year old son. Probably partially because there is a charge, announced ahead of time, if you order much more than you consume. The service is typical Japanese friendly. I only say that because there is a particular sort of service that I have only encountered in Japanese restaurants and tea ceremonies. No take out. There is a smallish parking lot. They open for dinner at 5:00 and usually have a line...
