The facility is starting to get beat up in some ways. Bumpers that don’t work and ripped seats and such. The bowling alley is wheelchair accessible but they often don’t have bowling ramps available. They give them out to little kids. While I understand the appeal of the ramps for children, it’s really unfortunate when my family tries to bowl and my husband can’t participate because the ramps are all taken. The ramps are a legally required accessibility feature, so giving them all out to children is kinda like taking the wheelchair parking spot just because you have young kids. Except that the customer taking the ramp doesn’t understand the problem. They probably think they are intended for kids. If I had to offer a solution to the business, get a few of the actual children’s bowling ramps. They make cute little kid size dragon ramps. Keep the accessibility ones in the back and give them out when a customer requests...

We were rudely informed by management that we could not move any seats to our bowling viewing area. When we asked if we could move chairs from an adjacent dining area we were told we could not.
