It was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Top 3 for sure! I'd absolutely stay again.

It's very conveniently located about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. It's right next to an overpass for easy access to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries, buses, bars, smoke shops, a bank, and more convenient amenities.

There is private parking for customers directly at the front door, which is accessed by a pin pad, the code for which is sent to you prior to arrival.

The lobby is clean and inviting. Lots of charging ports, seating, front desk, coffee bar, washroom, storage, and a vending machine.

They have nice open and wide common areas. A bar section, full kitchen with airfryer, pool, picnic tables. There's a hangout section to the back, but it's in desperate need of landscaping. There is also a rooftop terrace, which was unfortunately closed during my stay.

A must-have for my hostel stays are curtains! Bless them. They have curtains. However, it's not a single piece, so I'd advise having a pin or two.

My dorm had en ensuite bathroom with shower. The head of which needs a deep cleaning or changing because it's ineffective as a proper shower head. The pressure was ok in the shower but non-existent from the sink tap. It was also close to the edge of the sink, perhaps a longer tap?

There's a full sized mirror, a desk, lockers, and air conditioning. They provide sheets, blankets, and towels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean. I would highly recommend and...

I was pretty happy with my stay at Nomada. ||Bed was comfortable (though they didn't give me the lower bunk I asked for). Room had AC. Decent privacy.||Property is mostly clean. Not sure the kitchen is cleaned by staff on a daily basis or if they expect guests to do that. Dorms room cleanliness depends on who is staying there. Same with how respectful they are of the space. Bathrooms were clean.||Kitchen had everything in terms of cookware and utensils. Fridge should be cleaned a bit more. Overall, no complaints on this.||Excellent location. You're near the airport and it's a quick walk to the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. No noise even though you're right off a busy highway.||I didn't use the pool that much but sat by it pretty regularly. Would be great to have more comfortable seating.||Generally, there are no staff people around. I'd say the front desk is staffed 10% of the time. Staff is generally reachable by text. My sense is that they are more focused on running the bar/club than the hostel. ||I would recommend Nomada to friends but the rate was spendy.||Top marks for having a hostel WhatsApp chat - great for getting ideas for what to do and meeting up with...

I feel like I may have started at the top in regards to hostels. This was one of my first solo travel trip and my first stay at a hostel and my goodness did Nomada give me high expectations!

I chose a bed in an 8 bed mixed dorm and I had absolutely no problems. Curtains for all the beds, good sized locker provided. Noise, etc. is as expected with hostels but this depends solely on your roommates. AC available, private bathroom too. However, there are plenty of bathroom/showers to use throughout the hostel! I had no problems. I have seen the private rooms too and they looked good.

Lets talk about the community area. Absolutely loved it. I am biased ‘cause i love pools, which already won the place for me. I just really enjoyed the layout, kitchen is out in the area. Theres a speakeasy attached to the hostel which was cool. And free parking if you decide to get a rental car (i did).

I can go on and on but I was very blessed and happy to be at this hostel as I met both cool and interesting people. Shoutout out to workers Kris and Evers, theres two others but I didnt get the chance to ask their names.

Would absolutely...

I really enjoy the hostel experience but Nomada was the best one yet. The pool area was always clean and inviting. The way the grounds are set up makes it easy to socialize. It was clean though I do feel like the showers could've been a bit cleaner and there's no water pressure so washing your hair is a bit annoying. There are lots of toilet rooms so I never had to wait to use a toilet. There's parking in front or out back and two ways to enter the property. I thought there'd be hammocks since we're in puerto rico but the one hammock they had was decrepit and was in an area I don't think is used as it was full of dog poop and mildew. I would definitely come back for the pool and socializing but I'll probably get a private room with private bathroom next time. But that's just a personal choice as the bunk situation was not too bad and everyone was respectful of each other. I felt safe here!
