This establishment will surely become an award winning restaurant. The chef deserves all the accolades for this amazingly menu that he has put together. If you are a seafood lover , prepare to be in love with Laut. If you order the steak , you will be extremely pleased. I loved the chicken satay, the sauce was so light but at the same time , I couldn’t get enough of it . My wife had the soft shell crab and she says it was extremely tasty . She described the dish as very satisfying and refreshing. I took a bite and it was delicious. I had the bistek manzo, (the steak). This steak was a journey of flavors. It was perfectly prepared and every bite was better than the last. The roasted potatoes were so good too. I loved this dish. On top of the food being incredible, the staff is fantastic. The service was so professional. We had to pleasure of being helped by shasty. She was the best. Laut is so lucky to have her there , she is the perfect match for this establishment. She provided some of the best service, I’ve ever experienced. I really appreciated shasty. The decor is so sexy chic here, the vibe matches the menu perfectly. The drinks are also great. I love the flavors and the presentation. I almost forgot the dessert was also incredible. We had the ice cream with the fried bananas. Omg, amazing. The chef is extremely talented, and is such a cool person. He is just a magician in the kitchen and has great energy and is so down to earth. At about 9:40PM (20 minutes before closing) Laut still let my husband and I in, didn’t rush us, and we had an AMAZING meal. Fast forward to the next day, and I got the fish tacos recommended to me by the server. After some pleasant conversation, I found out I was actually speaking with the chef himself Francisco. He disappeared for just a few minutes i thought to get my drink but came back with my food SO FAST. He literally went back cooked my food super fast and was back out in no time.
