Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Cascade Charter Township

I ordered 2 dozen Bundtinis for delivery. One box was fine, the other looked like the picture I have attached to this review. There were only 2 that were presentable. I called the store and they only offered me a store credit for another dozen Bundtinis at some point in the future. No email confirmation or anything in writing so I have some kind of proof that I have a credit. The appropriate response would have been to credit my card back the amount of one box. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the Bundtinis were very good and also the delivery person was nice enough to call and see if we wanted to pick them up or have her leave them on our porch since we were not home. Watch out if you order delivery. So disappointing this is how their product came.

This bakery provided the cake for my wedding in December 2018.

They were so easy to work with. They gave us a free sample of their flavors to take home and try the first time I stopped by.

They followed up regularly but I never felt pressured to make a decision or hounded for information. They were patient with us when I ran into a snag gathering the final numbers. They delivered the cakes and stands exactly when we needed them. They were not able to set them up, thankfully our venue was able to do that for us.

We got dozens of the buntinis and they were a real hit with all of our guests. We were about to have half a dozen different flavors and even a few gluten free ones for our two gluten-free guests.

I had customer service from this location that was AMAZING and deserves to be told!! It was Saturday Christmas Eve, and I was working. I sent my husband to pick up our cake that we had ordered on-line. He sent me a text with a picture of the cake and said he got it with no problems. I zoomed in on the pic and the cake looked Beautiful, but I could see on the tag that it was the wrong flavor. I knew the store was closing in a few hours so I quickly called and was in awe for the way it was handled!! Not only were they sincerely apologetic, they told me THEY would deliver the right cake to us within the hour! The owner of the company left a sincere apologetic voicemail and hand-delivered the cake to our door within the hour!!! Unheard of this day and age!!!!
