We placed a mobil order at this location, which we have done many times. Today we placed an order like normal and when we went to pick it up today when the lobby was closed and we were forced to wait in the drive thru line... An employee did come out at one point to give people their Mobil orders, but refused to bring anyone else their order. When we asked about her other orders she basically refused to talk to people other than to yell and wave her finger at us and keep repeating that we had to go through the drive thru. We then waited 27 minutes in the drive through line, after pulling away and starting to drink my coffee, I realized that my order was incorrect. We then turned around to go back the the store. I tried calling the store and then knocking on the door when I got no answer. My husband then walked up to the drive thru window to tell them the coffee was wrong and we were told we’d have to get in the drive through line to get my coffee fixed (which by now the line was even longer. We talk about supporting our local businesses & restaurants, however this business’s LACK of care to their customers was EXTREMELY disappointing. There were so many things they could have done to resolve this issue,, they could have simply turning off their mobile ordering or open only one door and place a table just on the inside fro people to pick up their order. The girl with glasses and blue hair that was working the drive thru window 12/1/22 around 6:15 pm needs some more training and maybe shouldn’t work with people if she’s so irritated. I ordered a drink and pulled around to the window and realized I had enough points for a bakery item. I asked the girl for a cake pop and she said they didn’t have the one I requested and told me what they did have. I told her I’d take a birthday cake pop and she says in the morning we can’t order anything at the window. I didn’t understand what she was saying and she said it again mind you it was 6:00 in the evening and didn’t look busy. I told her to forget the cake pop (since it seems to have been such an issue) and she tried to get some words out seems to have gotten frustrated and said “you know just ugh” and walks away from the window. I’m thinking to myself what just happened why is she walking away when I told her to forget it? She comes back with the cake pop hands it to me and says just for future I’ll do it this time but can’t do it again because when it happens again we get oh but I did it one time, and also told me they are on a timer. I told her that I am a paying customer and what I had asked for wasn’t free. You have to get over 50 stars in the app for a bakery item. Read moreI'm an avid Starbuck's go-er, nearly everyday before work, today I had to run errands and I decided to drive through this Starbucks. When I pulled up to the intercom the gentleman was nice and greeted me right away, I told him I wanted a Shaken Iced Green Tea, sweetened. I then drove up to the window (I was the only car in the line) and for three to four minutes no one said a word to me, not even the guy standing right by the window! (Doesn't sound like long but when you are sitting in silence and no one greets you, its a while.) This guy by the window, who I'm assuming took my order, was standing there changing the trash can, taking out the old bag and putting in the new. I wouldn't have thought anything of it but the barista puts my drink on the counter AND HE TURNS AND GRABS IT WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AFTER TAKING OUT THE OLD BAG. I was in such shock about it and was speechless, he hands me my drink and then realized he hadn't collected and was like "Oh I need the money for it." In the rudest manner. I was just dumbfounded by how this whole thing went down. Between the poor customer service and the nasty trash bag handed cashier, I was just blown out of the water. And to top off my visit, the tea was literally ENTIRELY ICE, almost no tea, and not sweetened, it was horribly bitter. Three small drinks and it was gone.
