I went in 13 minutes before closing just literally was going in for two minutes looking for a shoe. From the moment I walked in she says “we close in 10 minutes” not that it bothered me that she told me it was the way she said it. Like it bothered her that I even entered the store. Instead of saying can i help you find what you’re looking for. Like that I could of been in and out real quick. Second employee tells me “we close in 5 minutes” and taps at her watch. Seeiously!? I work in retail if I were to treat a customer like that They’d let me go. I care about my customers. Even if they come two minutes before we close I treat them the same way I’d want to be treated...

I no longer have a Bealls in my area and once in a while I go to Casselberry to see if they have something worth buying. Well, I was able to find my husbands size 33 Jeans at a great price which was a pleasant surprise. They had some neat holiday decor and plenty of gifts but clothing not exactly to my taste. In a few weeks I will have a brand new Bealls opening just 1 mile from home and that will be quite the treat. This Casselberry location has a hideous parking area and traffic is always nightmarish.
