Track 5. — Attraction in Catoosa

We have been loyal customers But lately it seems all the post rules are just ignored. There's no security by the entries as use to be. The no smoking or vapeing rules. Are ignored. Under age sneak in & on the busiest nights like last night. Closed one Bar down & only 1 waitress. She did a fabulous job disbite all the crowding. I don't know who's in charge over Track 5 but they need to be fired. This has been happening for sometime now & keep the 2 waitresses already working. They do a good job disbite the over growding & security assigned for growd control. Most of the loyal customers are even frustrated the way it has changed. Worst service I've ever had in my life. booked a room to stay the night at hard rock, I had a couple friends come as well. bartender wouldnt serve (ME)due to them forgetting ID in car, they go get it after talking with manager and manager states we will be served after they get it, she STILL would not serve us. I saw her laughing over there looking back at us with the other shorter bartender. Track 5 wouldn't let me in because I had to get a replacement Driver's License because my original was stolen. I was told at the tag agency that issued my temporary paper license, that it would afford me anything a regular license would. One of our friends with us had a slightly expired license and they said he couldn't use his license because it was expired which is somewhat understandable; however, they said he could use his Native American card until they found out it was the Kiowa tribe and then said they wouldn't take it because it wasn't a Cherokee card.
