I just went here and the girl taking our order didn’t let my husband order all our food, cut him off and said the price is at the window (even after saying we are not done). We get to the window and tell them “hey we didn’t get to finish ordering, we just need another plate with two drinks please.” The girl at the window had an attitude towards us for ordering at the window lilies they wouldn’t just let us keep ordering when we pulled up? And was very rude when he asked to pay with Apple Pay, took his phone before he could faceID brings it back and says you need to do the Face ID. We go wait at the front of the store, a girl brings out only one order, we tell her we had another plate and two drinks. She comes back out and asked if our other order was the same as the one we had just got, we tel her no it’s different and we also got two drinks. She goes back in, comes back out with just the order, no drinks. We have to tell her again that’s not all we had, there’s two drinks (for the third time). Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any panda express! The manager Rebecca, did NOT apologize at all. In fact she became sarcastic with her comments! And when she give me her name , after I said I was going to call corporate. She said go ahead that she didn't care! So went through drive through only car as well! And was told to pull around, That's it! After 15min I went in to save them the trip out to bring me my food. While sitting right in front with 2 employees on break! So I asked if there's a problem with my food! As I could see it sitting on the counter the whole time in my car! They said they were waiting on one item, but couldn't tell what it was! Clueless! Asked for the manager, was told she was on break! Lol. Omg! Then she said my employee told you it would be a wait! NOT. remember just pull around to front! Read moreThis was at noon. Staff was polite, it was very clean. Options were well stocked. The drink dispenser seemed well maintained. The food tasted good. It was hot and well prepared but eggrolls were a little over cooked but had good flavor. Portions on bowl option was great and I was advised of price mark up on my option which was appreciated. A waitress took our plates while we visited when we were done and told us to have a good day. That was very nice. There was no wait inside despite the parking lot being full so that was somewhat of a mystery. We had to park next door and walk in. We almost didn't go in because it looked extremely busy but there were only 6 other people dining inside. No wait. So minus a star for overdone egg roll and lack of parking. Even other customers after us were using other near by parking. This was not because of the drive thru traffic which looked like it moved fairly quickly.
