After many phone calls with other local Vinyl Wrap, Vinyl Warp Repair, Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film, and Window Tint shops in the Champaign-Urbana and surrounding area, no one really understood what I wanted and couldn’t see the vision I had for our company's trucks, vans, trailers, and car’s needs. I was about to give up and start looking in other areas out of town for a solution to my now urgent need to Brand some of our Vehicles, Job Trailers, and Tint some of the Windows on one of our Trucks when I noticed this shop from the road on my way to the hardware store. As soon as I walked in, we were formally greeted by this young woman who introduced herself as Britani and asked how she could help. Once I started to explain, she seemed to be excitingly interested in my vision and immediately understood the direction I wanted to go. She sat us down with a bottle of water as she went out to take measurements of the truck and trailer I was in. When she returned, she was accompanied by one of their Digital Design Creators, Marco, and the owner of VIDA Bottega Frank. Not only did they bring my vision to life, but they were able to fix a Poor Vinyl Wrap we had completed by another shop on one of our trucks, they also wrapped another one of our Company Trucks, two of our Job Trailers, lubricated the heavy drop door hinges, as well as completed some paint repair on them also. From start to finish, they had everything completed in less than three weeks. Amazingly fast turnaround! I brought my Infiniti here last week to get some of my old vinyl wrap off as it was fading and chipping (wrap that was applied back up north about 1.5/2 years ago).

My incredible journey with the V.I.D.A team has began the moment I emailed them with my initial inquiry; very responsive and patient. I then got to the stage of dropping my car off at the shop and as soon as I walked in through the door, I was immediately hit with a wave of positivity and I instantly knew my car was in the best of hands.

The real cherry on top of my whole experience was when I picked up my car. You can tell that this team was genuinely happy to see how their customers react when they pick up their car after getting work done — contrary to most shops out there that just want your money and get you out the door.

Not only that but even 40 minutes before their shop closed, they were willing to take their time to go over the next steps I want to make with my car and not make me feel rushed.

Needless to say, this is the 1 and only shop my wife and I will be bringing our current and all future cars to! I am ecstatic for my next appointment with them and to further grow...

I had purchased a vinyl wrap online and had emailed Vida Bottega to see if they would install since I didn't purchase it through them. I was quickly responded to and was given all the details I needed. Set up an appointment, and there was a miscommunication and the installers didn't know I brought the material to be installed and the parts of my car being wrapped were done in black vinyl. After informing them of this they took the car back in and attempted to install the vinyl I had purchased. Just a side note, don't buy cheap vinyl! The vinyl I had was junk and could not be installed so the black vinyl stayed on. Because of this mishap, I was told there would be no charge for the work performed. The team also fixed a chip of paint before they wrapped the roof and added a ceramic coating and cleared up the yellowing of my headlight. I'm not one to allow that much work to be done without paying so I paid a discounted amount for their excellent service. The team was very friendly and professional and personal. I would highly recommend these professionals for any services you may want for your vehicle! Thanks again Vida...
