Had the worst experience by far at this specific restaurant. My husband myself and our 2 daughters went in Friday afternoon at around 6:45pm we ordered mozzarella sticks drinks and placed our order at the same time. Waitress who I didn’t get her name because she was servicing 6 tables at once which should’ve been a red flag to begin with don’t know why they had her doing everything besides the point. She notified us she was missing the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks not a big deal to us she came back with some bread which was amazing warm and soft but again no Marinara sauce not a huge deal it’s fine we were half way done with them anyways. We were all done with our drinks done with the app and 2 baskets of bread in but no update on food it had now been 7:50 over an hour waiting for our food me and my husband grew irritated by the second so he got up asked one of the waiters who was standing around laughing if we can have our ticket and we were only paying for our drinks and the mozzarella sticks since bread was complimentary he then brings us the full bill which was 105 dollars i immediately get up tell the waiter we are not paying for food we did not receive please fix the bill to what we had asked for and what we received he then turns around walks away does not come back but the waitress comes back and apologizes and says our food is coming out by then we were agitated and just ready to go we state we no longer want the food and we just wanted to pay what we had already got she seemed frustrated, sorry and overwhelmed which we understood she had 6 tables no one helping her but at the same time we aren’t going to be waiting years for dinner when we can simply pay what we had already got and buy fast food and call it a night but nope. They brought the food out we kindly denied and asked for the bill a 3rd time they finally give us our 20 dollar bill and we paid and left. Please have more staff on duty the poor girl was doing everything while managers ignored her and sat on their ass not giving a damn well we sure as hell ain’t either took our hard earned money over to DQ and called it a night what a roller coaster of emotions that evening was. If I could give zero stars I...

When served the biscuits one looked like it had been bitten in half and put in the basket they were cold our dirty plates were never removed before our main dinner. It was a table for two, so there wasn’t much room. When it came time to pay my elderly mother paid cash the waitress was standing behind her at the register and had the audacity to blurt out “You didn’t give me enough money”. My mom responded” I paid the amount owed plus a tip“ and then the waitress told us she had given us the wrong ticket, and that it was for the couple behind us who had already left. We asked why we had their ticket and she said it was by mistake never apologized, let alone telling the whole restaurant that we paid the wrong amount when it wasn’t our fault very embarrassing. I went ahead and gave the waitress a tip then she offered to cover it herself I said “no we’ll pay the bill.” I called the general manager this morning. I told her what happened she had the audacity to tell me the girl was having a bad day and made every excuse possible and said what a good waitress she was, This was not acceptable way to treat a customer when it was the waitress error. The waitress should have came to our table and apologized and explained the error. I have never had such a terrible experience eating out. The Manager said” you should’ve asked for me at the time” I told her “we were completely embarrassed and just wanted to leave”. I don’t know what happened to this place but we will never be back and will tell everyone we know what our experience was. The manager said Red Lobster was very busy. It was not especially for 5:30 on a Saturday night not like it used to be. She also told me that she was in the back of the restaurant and had been in the alley, dealing with that. Just curious what was going on in the alley? Apparently there is no Professional at this establishment .Everyone here needs to go back to Manager-...

I ordered the most unflavorful bacon cheeseburger I have ever had at a restaurant. The cheese wasn't melted which indicates it was assembled from heat trays not cooked together. It was supposed to be wyegue beef... IDK about that. I also ordered a bowl of clam chowder. Per definition chowder is, in North American cuisine, hearty soup usually containing fish or shellfish, especially clams. This came out and was mostly liquid. I drug the spoon through it and found 3-4 potato cubes and little to no clams. I asked for it to be taken back since it came out after my entree by 4 minutes and of course the poor quality. Instead of just removing it the server tried to replace it with a "different" bowl of chowder and attempted to walk away quickly... I caught him and did the same dredging of the liquid... maybe 1-2 additional potatoe cubes. Nothing about this chowder was hearty. I told him to take it away again to which he did and advised he would remove it from the ticket. This was the most disappointing part to me. Clam chowder at red lobster used to be something I craved. Well not anymore. The final bill for 3 lunchtime meals and 3 drinks was over $60... OMG...
This type of stuff explains why we went to 3 restaurants prior to coming to Red Lobster that all had 30-45 minute waits and good ole Red Lobster had a half empty parking lot and no wait time for a table. I have learned from my mistake... not...
