Was truly disappointed ☹️. I haven't been here in about 8 yrs. Used to love it when it was Glen Gene. They no longer have there topping bar and their sandwiches are a lot smaller then they were. Burgers are so small you can cut the bun in half. I bought 3 sandwiches (burgers) as combos (drink and fries) was $40, that was with a 15% coupon. I could have went to Texas Roadhouse for steak including tip for that. Also, the drink station was really dirty. The ice dispenser was green and moldy and the container the lids and straws are in was dirty and rusted. They now have curtains draped in the windows which makes for more grease, dirt, and dust. Just seemed like the whole place was a run down dive trying to be upscale. Knew the older gentleman who used to run it, then his son took it over and I guess tried to revamp it. Didn't work. The patio that was built during Covid looks really bad and grown over with weeds. My suggestions would be, lower your prices. The economy isn't that bad for the type of diner and food you have, and clean it up.

8/14/2025 Update: Thank you for your reply. Just because I said I hadn't been in in 8 yrs. doesn't mean I'm not local. Huh! Went by yesterday and saw while passing by you still have curtains in the windows and probably no other changes. So...are you deceiving your patrons with lies saying you made changes. Shame on you! I will, for sure Never be back in again. For families who want a good meal within a family friendly budget, and a clean place to sit down to eat. Visit somewhere else. This is way over priced. Not a Bistro, Not a Cafe, Not a restaurant with services for being waited on. Thumbs down all...

One of the best burger places in town!

The food is absolutely delicious. Creative menu items that are simple with a twist. The flavors are paired well, and they are very reasonable with their options and pricing and portion sizes!

Their hospitality is "off the chain" I recently had knee surgery and have had a finicky appetite. I was having a rough day and a coworker picked up my order. The order was mixed up a bit and I called the store. The manager, Akram, answered and immediately corrected the order and accommodated me greatly.

When I was able to get to the facility for the correction, I met Savannah, who helped me at the register and was so kind (and fahsionable too, I might add!).

What's more, it's very clean on the inside and they even have WiFi for customers.

I swear they did not pay or even ask me for my review, but I am blown away at such a delicious and classy burger restaurant that has a wonderful local feel with big output.

...also wonderfully veggie friendly as well...their veggie burger is the best in town...I've been here for almost 10 years and there is only one "restaurant" who comes even remotely close to a good veggie burger that's not mushy ...and yess I've tried ALL the burger places in town.

I ordered from DoorDash and was very excited about trying this place. The burger I ordered was delicious, but as I continued to eat it I felt something on the outside of my mouth and realized it was a hair that was attached to the cheese on the inside as if it was melted into the cheese so I know it wasn’t mine and it wasn’t my hair texture. I attempted to call and see if I can get another burger because I barely ate half and they did not answer. It kept going straight to voicemail and the one time I got someone they were talking to other employees about who wanted what for lunch while I’m just sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge me! I paid almost $20 for myself to eat and I almost threw up my food because of finding a hair. I guess I’m going to keep trying to call and see if I can get a refund!

So while I did not enjoy having a hair in my food, they did return my call and gave me a free meal. For that...
