Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews in hotels but this place was not as marketed. The room did not look like any of the pics online, everything dirty and outdated. The sheets were dirty and the mattress was smaller than the frame so you saw dirt and dust all along the headboard bed frame. There was a bug flying around in the room that I couldn’t tell what exactly it was. The front desk was horrible when I asked for clarification on instructions the person said that other people understand how he’s explained it before. They don’t have somebody up front consistently to ask questions. You are suppose you to text any questions or concerns back to the number they sent you messages from. I stayed there less than an hour deciding if I could just make the room work for me for the night and I was not comfortable with the state of the room. I texted the number I leaving and did not need the room and I never received a response back. When I left nobody was at the desk anymore and people were waiting to be check in. In the morning I was sent a message as to when I wanted to check out which told me the messaging system clearly did not work.
Update: I was able to talk to the general manager and he cleared things up for me. He was wonderful to talk to and completely understood my experience. I appreciate him reaching out and trying to make it right. He let me know the room I received and my front desk experience is not one that reflects...

There was no toilet lid and no shower door—just a curtain that was falling down. The furniture arrangement in the room was not reasonable.
