I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OLDER HOTEL. Does have a good view, however our room smelled of mold and my wife's clothes later smelled due to this AC mildew. There's no customer service here as well, we had an issue with two ladies, one at the front desk and one whom worked in the breakfast kitchen were very rude and disrespectful to my wife and family. (I've worked at the Hilton in Miami for 5 years and a luxury condo in Miami for many years after.) I never have seen such disrespect to a paying customers (we paid over $1,600 for six nights) My wife and I were looking forward to enjoying the Cardio Gym/Jacuzzi as advertised. However getting the key to access this so called Cardio Gym was extremely difficult and can be done apparently only after 4pm with some luck. We only went 2-3 times and both times the Jacuzzi/Cardio room was already occupied by this kitchen cook lady employee.|lol yea imagine. When I was in the gym the night before our vacation was over This kitchen employee came into the gym and asked when I was going to be done using the cardio bike. She acted very disrespectful as she did one morning at breakfast where my family had interacted with her as she snapped at us. I was in the cardio room for only 30 minutes. So after a few minutes I went to the front desk to see what the issue was and speak to a manager. I waited until the lady at the front desk was free, as she saw me waiting in line she barked at me after I asked to speak to a manager, she said "she would deal with me later" in front of other customers like I'm an animal lol. Just unbelievable rude and inconsiderate people. Finally I did speak to the owner/manager the next day and sent her an email to see what the problem was with the exercise room and front desk talking down to my wife and I. I see why the front desk doesn't care, the owner gave us the same disrespect blaming it all on us and OUR attitude. I guess they don't like people calling them out for this treatment. Unbelievable! We have stayed at many hotels in different countries as well and this was the worst customer service/employees we have ever seen. My wife and I were polite with them but they started raising their voices at us. I would not have written this if they didn't get all disrespectful and nasty with us and say something like I'm sorry from the start it was some issue. But they dragged us in the dirt wanting to argue all day. We felt like we had too because I'm sure they're doing...
