Firehouse Subs Chino Spectrum Mall — Restaurant in Chino

First time I went and the little Hispanic kid that was doing nothing had me wait just to say someone will help me. I ended up getting helped by an older Asian woman (who I believe is the manager/owner). I'm assuming because I'm covered in tattoos, she was not cordial. The only highlight was that the young white woman behind the counter greeted wryly smile and made a killer sandwich. The tables were not cleaned, had to clean my own. Against my better judgment, I went back and was greeted by the same white girl behind the counter (who still made an amazing sandwich), ignored by the same Hispanic kid and ignored by the same Asian manager. I waited and said they would be with me shortly, even though they were just talking about personal things. The manager helped, still with a look of irritation. I paid in cash and she was hesitant to take it. She looked at it through light and went on to even use a counterfeit marker on it. This place absolutely sucks when it comes to service, they are rude, don't know hospitality and the atmosphere felt very hostile between the employees. We came at 830pm they close at 9pm and you'd think we walked in right at 8:59pm because of the way they rushed us while ordering. We've never been here so we were asking simple quick questions and looking over the menu but the women at the register kept answering for my partner everytime I asked him a question about his order. While waiting for our food, the same employee rudely told her colleague to hurry up when mopping and while she swept she kept aggressively moving rhe chairs. I couldn't even have a conversation with my partner because i couldn't here him due to her being blatantly disrespectful towards us, the guest. We won't be back, be mindful, if this is the way the manager watches her employees work, which she was watching us the whole time, then I can't imagine the service would be any better at any point. The employees will not acknowledge you. No welcome or how can I help you I mean nothing. When the women came to the register she was obviously not pleased. The place is quite dirty I didn't see any cleaning or sweeping from the time I was there. I even saw some customers cleaning the tables themselves. That should have been my warning sign. When I was waiting by the register I noticed a young employee dropped a bag of meat on the floor and just picked the bag up and put it on the table where they were preparing the sandwiches...I mean what? How unsanitary. But I should have not been surpised the drinking area was also unsanitary and sticky. After that I just wanted to leave and make my own sandwich at home. As I waited for my sandwich a young girl was looking at me constantly but how was I to know that my sandwich is ready when you don't communicate. Next time I'll go home and make my own sandwich at least I know that I don't have to deal with...
