LOFT — Local services in Snellville

Horrible return experience. Very selective in who they accept returns from. Came into the store to return 2 unworn items that didn’t fit with a receipt. The associate asked a manager if one of my items was returnable since it was from a “swim collection”. The manager approved without looking at the item. While the return was processing I realized I’d left my debit card that I used for the purchase and needed to return home to get it. They canceled the return. I went home in less than 20 minutes and returned with the same items, receipt and debit card. When a different associate started the return she asked the manager if it was okay to return the item from the “swim collection” the manager looked at the item and said that they can’t accept the item for return. I told her that If just left the store but the return was apparently approved before I left I just didn’t have my card. She said okay we’ll accept it. Don’t plan to purchase or return from this...

Second time this week two of the sales associates have been rude. I was making a return and the lady asked me if I wanted to look around. I kindly said No because I had an appointment later in the afternoon. She said she was having issues with the computer and it was the only one they had. She proceeded with annoyed attatude, the iPad worked with no issue. I said it seemed to work well, she said she was trying to place an online order.... So I guess she just didn't want to assist a customer who there in person. The other time I was waiting to get in in was 10:59, they open at 11. A lady came to get in. Opened the door. Didn't even acknowledge me so I asked what time they opened. She said 11am. I was ok great it's 10:59, she goes we don't open until 11am and walked away.... lol... Ok then. I think i'll keep to my online shopping and just bring my returns here if needed. The other two ladys I saw in the store where helpful and nice so not all of them...

I usually don’t do reviews but, here I am! So, my mom and I went into loft and I was fully planning on making a purchase. Need some sweaters. Well, my mom had to go to the bathroom and so she left to go use the Public bathroom outside the store. It was closed (INSANE that you’d have a closed public bathroom. I guess covid being around means no one shopping in a shopping center has to use the restroom?) Well, my mom asked if she could use their bathroom and they said NO! I was shocked. There was not a soul in that place so it’s not like they’d be mobbed with people wanting to use the bathroom. The public bathroom is closed, and they denied someone a basic human right, saying the closest one was in the longhorn restaurant. I was literally shocked and wanted to punch them in the face honestly. So, we had to leave and I will literally never go back. Ever. I’m sorry, the decent thing to do would have been to let my mother use...
