LVRG + Capitalist — Local services in Snellville

Love the store ! I think it’s possibly one of the best streetwear stores in the metro Atlanta area . The issues are the owner refuses to make a loyalty program for its LOYAL customers who shop exclusively or consistently with the company . Issue number 2 for me an a few others is the lack of a calendar for releases . Every street wear boutique has a calendar to see what they will have so you can attempt to obtain the product , they don’t and you have no idea what they will and won’t have which kind of sucks . The raffle system is by far the ABSOLUTE worst in existence . I’ve put in countless raffles , never win and it’s because my submissions seem to break because it shuts down every time and I have to resubmit for the system to be taken down numerous times . Another issue is the owner isn’t visible . I see the young lady and the gentleman with dreads so much they almost know me by face and name . And I’ve been shopping here for at least 3 years and have never seen him . Take care of the people that take care of you ! You don’t owe your customers anything but to keep them assure they are taken care of and don’t feel like a number or just a person spending the hard earned money they have just to make another person rich . I recently visited LVRG + Capitalist to purchase the Nike Air Jordan 3 Retro "Black Cement" and the Nike Air Force 1 '07 in White/White. Despite arriving right at closing time due to heavy traffic, I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Brandon and Alex.

From the moment I walked in, I never felt rushed. Brandon and Alex had already pulled multiple sizes of the shoes I was interested in, ensuring that I had the best fit and comfort. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience truly outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases.

This was my second time shopping at LVRG + Capitalist, and I'm definitely coming back again. The store always provides a great shopping experience and excellent service. They truly care about their customers.

I made an order online from LVRG+Capitalist for some shoes. I waited patiently 2-3weeks for my order and the shoes NEVER came. I called the store to see what's going on with my order and they told me they didn't have the shoes after 3weeks. So after that, I requested a refund thru the store. I never got a chance to talk to customer service, because they don't have any. The manager at the store had to call their "Warehouse" and I finally got a refund email from them. But they NEVER actually released my money back to my card/account. I had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction. If you don't go buy the items in-store, I would advice you - to NEVER order from them online. The worst online...
