We just so happened to come here on the night when pizzas were $3.14. the line was almost out the door, but the staff were getting us through the line quickly and making pizzas just as quickly. GPS took me to the wrong restaurant, but we were just on the other side of the parking lot. It took a while to find a place to sit because everyone was there for the $3.14 pizza, but eventually we did. The tables were not as clean as they could have been; again because it was super busy, but nothing a napkin couldn't handle. The floors definitely needed some attention, but I understood the lack of attention. You are able to put just about anything you want on your pizza and all of the ingredients are fresh. You watch as it is prepared and placed into the oven right in front of you. My pizza had sundried tomatoes, chicken, and spinach. It was so good!!! They were getting pizzas cooked as quickly as they could and we only waited about ten minutes for our order. We opted to get some gelato also and that was oh so good too. You place your order for gelato when you place your pizza order and they give you a cup. When you are ready for your gelato, you bring the cup back to the counter and pick your flavor. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy working there; all smiles the entire time we were there. We were even able to place to go orders before we left. My boys loved their pizzas too when I gave them to them. I can't wait to go back and try some different toppings and some more gelato. Parking was ample here; they are located right off 124 in a shopping center, so you won't have an issue finding a place to park. If you go during the day you can do some shopping after you eat. There's plenty to do...
Read moreVery disappointed with this location customer service ,,, I ordered a 7” kids pie and an entree Caesar salad (totaling $21 🤦🏽♀️). Well, the salad bowl barely had any lettuce && the kids pie went from being a kids meal to a “special 7in pie” because there was an extra topping. All of a sudden the price went from a kids pie to a BYO 7” (unbeknownst to me). At the register the cashier tells me “oh well due to the extra toppings it’s no longer a kid meal”. I was highly frustrated because it didn’t make sense, since I started the order off by saying I was ordering a kid pie, no where along the way of ordering did any worker info me that anything in excess will change the meal and price. I eventually spoke to the manager on-site and they tried to reiterate that on the menu it lists that the kid pie is only 2 topping (which when I looked back it does say). I said, well if I informed the 1st worker that I wanted to order a kid pie, how by the 2nd worker no one was able to inform me of the change in pricing nor order title. The Manager appeased me by honoring the kid pie not in price but with the meal combo. My issue is in the lack of communication (clarification in ordering) they are providing and strongly encourage them to train their staff in better communication tactics amongst themselves and customers. As this was my 1st visit to Your Pie, I didn’t understand their ordering /menu and would’ve benefited from staff being more communicative.
Would I revisit this location again? NO, I felt that the quality of service was not to my standards and can’t dedicate my income to this location. I am open to try another...
Read moreI just want to start off by saying that I have never had a problem with the Snellville location but this visit in itself was enough to make my family not come back. First off, my husband and I's pizza was not put in at the same time so the cashier got confused as to what our order was. Once it was figured out, the pizza was thrown into the oven without a number. Then I asked for extra cheese for my salad and after telling the guy I wanted Parmesan cheese I was given mozzarella instead. Then, the guy handing the pizzas out gave me someone else's breadsticks that did not have extra cheese on them but we kept them. We continued to wait for my husbands pizza and after a while we walked up and asked where it was. One of the employees thought it was his and had brought it to the back so they had to make a whole new pizza. My husband walked up to make sure they had all the toppings right but they told him they had it handled so he sat down. Come to find out after waiting 15 minutes on his new pizza it was not given priority over the other orders so his was not finished yet. Once it was done they had put basal on it instead of salantro so we just asked for our money back. In the process of all of this some of the guys were flirting with an off-the-clock employee, an employee pulled a receipt out of the trash can and proceeded to touch pizzas with his bare hands, and another employee sneezed into her hands then wiped it on her apron and then proceeded to touch pizza. All in all, I have never had this rough of an...
