Bestway Inn — Hotel in Dallas

I drove into this place because all the hotels in the area were booked. The old man in front office was nice. I paid $70 for one night. Which TBH is not too bad. But the first room they gave me was #118 and I soon as I walked in, there were few too many roches on the wall and over the bed which made me very uneasy. I pulled the bed covers to see how clean it was and all pellows had blood or feces stain. So I walked out and went back to the office and asked to be moved. And asked nicely to be moved to nicer room which the man at the front office happily did, to room #203 which was night and day. I did not see any roches in that room and all the bed sheets and pellows was clean no stain. The TV was pretty good size, lots of channels which was great. All in all not the worst experience but not the best either. Would I come back to stay here again? Well, it would have to be my last option for me to consider staying here again.

(FYI Always choose non-smoking. I have noticed in many hotels/motel, the non-smoking rooms gets the better...

The most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. I pulled back the covers and it looked like someone gave birth on the sheets. Let’s not forget the moldy hole in the wall in the bathroom. The walls looked like someone just painted them in dirt. Switched rooms thinking maybe just that one but noooo. The second one was better but still smelled like mildew. Which is probably from the doors not being able to shut all way and the dirty air conditioner. Oh and let’s not forget the bullet holes in the mirror. Asked for a refund and the lady at front had the nerve to walk in the room and tell us not to touch anything. Probably so they didn’t have to clean (which it doesn’t look like they do) Honestly the worst experience...

Don't waste your money here. This place is the definition of a "roach motel", complete with urine/blood-stained mattresses, broken door locks, broken furniture, and of course inadequate management. A few words that best describe the staff and management here would be: dismissive, deceitful, invasive, corrupt, and rude. This place needs to be shut down and their staff needs to be held accountable. I record and document every transgression that I encounter personally but I have been advised that it will be a slow process unless more people are willing to stand up...
