Do not trust the reviews(You have to sift through the 5 star reviews to get to the real reviews). They only give 5 star to get a 5% discount and you get a discount for each Google account you post from, I've attached a photo of their sign in the lobby about the review and discount. So where do I begin... First off, the location is awful and pushed back behind two other hotels. Parking is awful. There's literally all of like 15 spots in the front of the hotel and after those are filled up you have to park in the back and walk around to the front of the hotel or the side if you have a key. Person at the front desk sits on their phone all day. Hotel carpet in lobby hallways and the rooms are FILTHY!!!!!!! The most stained carpet I've ever seen in a hotel and we travel a lot! First couple of hours in our room we seen a roach(pictured) and I had to turn into an exterminator. Didn't bother mentioning it cause I knew they weren't going to care but they do have roaches!!!! All other reviews mention roaches as well.. Be sure to stay clear from this hotel so you don't take any home with you!!!! Went to the pool and all the pool towels are gone.. Each day like you have to go to the front and ask for them. The pool is not ventilated well and it's very hot inside but the water is freezing cold! There's rust stains running down the walls from metal fixtures. The chlorine is so STRONG it instantly burns your eyes! The pool is very small. The bathroom in the lobby is disgustingly dirty. Like they just spot clean and don't get behind the toilets. The water temperature works when it wants to. Some days you'll have both hot and cold and other days you'll just have hot! Like boiling hot water! Other guests I met at the elevators were talking amongst each other about the boiling hot water in their room as well. Seen a guest downstairs getting a plunger for his toilet cause it was backed up. Last night our toilet wouldn't flush at all. Beds are uncomfortable and have stains and holes in the sheets and very dirty behind and around beds. The phone in our room gave a dial tone but none of the buttons worked... Like not one LoL. Then the phone itself was very dirty the table lamps everything. The Wi-Fi is very unstable and randomly disconnects throughout the day. It's either very hot or very cold in the room no in-between. You ask for more towels and they look at you crazy if you ask for five then they'll say I don't have that many.. Like yes you do! You want a family of 5 to share bath towels? Gross! Breakfast was DISGUSTING. They have one waffle maker and the pancakes are frozen pancakes you buy from Walmart, they had sausage patties one day that taste awful and watery, eggs are gross, potatoes were not seasoned at all just plain, the next day the same thing except they had boiled hotdogs that were cut up!! Eww!!! Honestly you get exactly what you pay for but I've stayed somewhere cheaper and it was excellent.. This is just a poor excuse for a hotel. Shut it down!! Don't take my word for come stay and see for yourself but you've been warned.

I booked 2 suites online, for Saturday 11/09/2024 When I arrived I was given 2 keys one for room “200” and one for room “222” I was going to stay in room 200 with my wife, and my brother was staying in room 222. When my wife and I got into our room “200” I instantly noticed that it wasn’t a suite like I had paid for. Since we had arrived late, and where getting ready for dinner, my told me, it was fine and for me not to make a big deal. Fair enough as we are getting situated in our room, and getting ready for dinner some man and a lady swipe their key and come into our room, I guess front desk had mistakenly booked the same room twice. I went downstairs let them know that someone just walked into mine and my wife’s room while we were in there. Management tried to take control of the situation immediately, the lady at the front desk apologized and management put is in now room “220 “ which was a suite, and was what I had paid for online. When my wife and I moved everything to the suite we noticed that the top of the door would not lock. This was a huge security issue for us being that we just had someone walk in on us. We let the front desk know, and he said since it was late they could refund both rooms because they didn’t have anymore. I told them we could bunk with my brother in room 222 and we would appreciate them crediting us and making the situation right. The guy said no problem that everything would be done via email. There was also a dead roach in room 220 and when we went to my brothers room, “222” the only issue with that room is that the blankets and sheets where extremely wet as if house keeping just pulled it out of the washer and put it on the bed. It’s been 4 days since my stay and they’re yet to make it right.

Broken down cars with no license plates! Trash cans over flowing, carpets not vacuumed, room was extremely filthy! Dirt on the comforter, bathroom had what looked like mold down the counter, door frame looked like someone had diarrhea down the door frame of the bathroom! There was a backpack on our balcony but we had no access to this ourselves. We had to sign a contract saying no smoking, but apparently DRUGS are allowed! When my husband and I arrived back from dinner the side door didn’t latch and the girl at the front desk said the security guard would be on the premises at 9 and how she felt safe because of all the cameras! Well ain’t that a take! I messaged the assistant manager and it’s been 3 days and he has no intention of talking to me! We asked for a partial refund and were told no by the girl at the front desk.. p.s. trip.com is a joke too! They are refunding us $11.. anyways here’s a few pictures, the whole car lot of used junky cars in the back I couldn’t take a picture because they here were men hanging out and didn’t want to invade their privacy.. and unfortunately the grossness of our room didn’t safe to my phone only to trip.com complaints dept form.. save your money and stay safe out there.. SHAME ON YOU LA QUINTA

DO NOTWASTE YOUR MONEY! Beware of this lactation! I made several complaints to the front desk due to the uncleanliness of this location! One the manager uses this location as a used car lot! This misadventure started when we booked our room. We booked a room with king beds and when we arrived they said all the king rooms were booked and we had a queen room. They moved us to a room with a king and a pull out bed for the kids after complaining. Arriving on my floor all you could smell is weed. (This is a common occurrence as I have had this issue here before ). Then we entered the room. They room was “clean” with fingerprints all over the nightstand and table areas. We took Clorox wipes and washed everything down. We had to call down for linens and pillows for the pull out bed to be told that the front desk agent was by herself and couldn’t leave so we would need to come downstairs to get them. We went downstairs to get the linens to be told that the pillows are upstairs so she would have to bring them to us. So he same person who couldn’t leave their post is now leaving their post to bring me the other half of what I asked to come and get because she couldn’t leave. Ok so she brings us the pillows. We then go to make our children’s bed and find food and trash (not ours) stuffed underneath and beside the pull out. How did we find it?!? My 5yo started pulling stuff out saying Dad look at this!!!! We call down to complain and are told housekeeping has left for the day and there is nothing they can do. At this point I advise we have picked up and bagged it at this point as I wasn’t going to have my children sleep with /near garbage. The front desk told us to call the manager in the morning. Oh boy I’m so glad I did (he said with thick sarcasm) The manager to say the least was and a$$hole! He basically called me a liar without saying the words. (I confirmed this with him several times.) He said that we did not call the front desk or she would have written it down. That we should have asked to change rooms. I advised that I do not work for the hotel nor am In the habit of having dirty hotel rooms, so I am not well versed in hotel procedures for such events. When I asked him to speak with the front desk person I had communicated with he stated she wasn’t there. I asked him to call her at home (since he was hardcore insinuating I was a liar). Our stay here was not pleasant. We mistakenly booked a handy cap room, which is on us but would’ve been fine if the room didn’t have so many problems. The toilet would not feel up water so my husband had to keep lifting the cap off the toilet to push it down and had to keep it off after so many time of taking it off. This caused toilet water splash up at us whenever we flush it. That was gross!!! They took two days to come for that after addressing the issues twice to them. The doors don’t shut securely unless you slam it and the general manager told us that all the doors in the hotel are like that.. that isn’t safe at all because there were times I applied a little more force when shutting the door and it took a few times to lock shut. They were doing construction on the room above use and also on our side of the building. We weren’t made aware of that and the general manager said that is why their prices were discounted. We paid $638 for a one week stay!! That’s a lot of money to have to deal with EXTREMELY LOUD banging for two days and not be told anything!! We didn’t get no type of discounts. I had to call the front desk to get them to stop!! Also, the AC smelled like piss!! Every time we shower the water poured out all over the floor and we almost slipped on it a few times. I feel bad for anyone who has to stay in this room and deal with these problems! I asked for somewhat of a refund and the general manager said no they only made excuses of why we’re having these problems and they couldn’t care less about their customers! They are cheap here and rather people leave bad reviews than compensate for the issues. This hotel is also very disgusting!! My husband walked passed the pool area to see the cleaning staff mopping around the pool then dropped the mop into the pool and continued to mop!!! The breakfast was also terrible with their old potatoes and breakfast meat.. the only thing good was the waffles because it was fresh unlike everything else!! The parking lot covered in trash!!
