This was a new location for me. Walking into the crispy cold restaurant on a hot Texas day was great. We were seated restaurant style. They had TVs everywhere you turned your head. Grabbing some grub and watching the Olympics what a better way to spend a Sunday? Their patio is impressive as well with games and a shaded sand box for the kiddos!! The queso and chips was so good! We also ordered a flight of their homemade shakes. Since this is our first time we figured that this was a awesome way to test out their shakes without having to worry about being indecisive over flavors because sometimes we have a hard time stepping out of our comfort zones. Lol. We got two build your own cheese stakes and those were delicious!! Packed with meat and veggies and cheese!! Smothered in classic ranch! Their Jalapeno ranch was also delicious! If you don't get a starter of chips and queso! Definitely recommend getting queso poured over your sandwich. It's a little extra but dang, thank me later!! However, the visit wasn't flawless, it definitely had it's challenges. We ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado slices. This compared to their menu was a bit disappointing. Since it's only buns with turkey deli slices, it didn't hit the spot we were hoping for. It also, seemed like something we could have made at home. Since they didn't have avocado slices they put the guac on it instead. Definitely not the same thing however, my mom tried her best to give it a shot. After a bite it just wasn't something we were impressed with. Along with our table receiving dirty spoons. There service was definitely A1 our waiter was very patient and took extra care of handling all the hiccups in our visit. Our server came back with cleaned spoons asked us to give them a once over to make sure it was okay. I only saw two wait staff taking care of the restaurant so he definitely kept his positive attitude. Asked for our feed back on the other things we ordered and definitely took time to explain to us about our dishes and other things they offer. We are definitely going to revisit again, just like any other place, when you try a place for the first time what you order is a hit or miss. Keep calm and carry on. Definitely recommend anyone trying out...

I was in Dallas recently and my hotel was close to this location. I was so excited as I used to go to the original when I was at UT.
I had just finished a long day hosting clients and just wanted to relax, have some wings, and catch up on work that I missed during the day. 7:30ish on a Monday. Completely empty.
The bartender 'A' told me that they were out of traditional wings (that's always a red flag) yet she suggested boneless and said that they make their ranch onsite and it's amazing. So I went with that.
I am literally talking to 'A' when I crunched down on something like a small rock. I spit everything out into the serving basket and found a huge fracture from one of my teeth.
'A' was shocked yet did all the right things. She called her GM and maybe the Vp. Not sure. My only interaction has been with the regional GM 'E'. 'A' took all of my info, photos, and provided me with the contact information for 'E'.
I was lucky enough to get in with my dentist the next morning and thankfully he thinks I can save the tooth if treated in time. I provided all of the information to 'E' and received the below text that they would take care of it.
Since then, I've had to delay my repair as I was first pushed to an insurance rep for them (not my problem yet was glad to provide all of the medical info). Nothing happened and then now I'm being asked to speak with their legal rep who has not responded to me btw.
I can't drink anything too hot or cold and can only chew on my opposite side. I gave them the easiest path to resolve and encouraged them to pay my dentist directly as this was not about money/retribution. Just...

I had to throw half of it away and I wasted $30 (aside from getting the gift card). I ordered a quesadilla and a cheesesteak. It was not good at all. The quesadilla had tomatoes in it, which made the quesadilla wet. The cheesesteak was not flavorful and the queso was watery and lacked flavor. Never again!
Came here for a second time with my mother who was visiting during the Thanksgiving holiday. We were not immediately greeted and stood around for about ten minutes before I had to ask if we could pick our own tables. Once we were seated, we were served by Marcus (very socially awkward). He was one of the only waiters on the floor at the time and he was clearly ready to leave. Long story short, he rushed us through ordering food and drinks. I felt very uncomfortable because the place was empty, so what was the rush? I don’t want to bring race into it, but I did feel like we were being judged for our skin color because I did not see the same treatment being done to other counterparts. Mom and I left the place full but deeply disappointed. The food was good but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I live only a couple blocks away. I don’t think...
