In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Dallas

I commend the manager that assisted me tonight I came in at 1:01 thru the drive through I wasn't aware it was past 1:00 I honestly thought we made it in the due time to order cars was still in the drive through still placing orders so we sat in the drive through and I guess the speaker immediately turned off after the car Infront of me took their order so I walked to the front door where a young man looked at me from the inside and sighed they was closed after waiting a customer opened the door so I immediately asked the young man why he didn't want to take my order he told me it's company policy after one no more orders even though they just took everyone else and was still cooking after asking for a manager which I applaud for the way he took control of the situation and immediately took my order and I thank him today I hadn't eaten anything due to finding out my mother had a stroke today it was a rough day in the hospital and for the manager to step in and take control the way he did after the employee was so rude not understanding the hospital is right around the corner and kindness goes farther and I thank the manager for being so kind I was able to eat after a long hectic...

I am an old-fashioned hamburger eating person. I don't believe you should have to add cheese to anything to make it better. Well, I guess today was not the day. The fries had no flavor and were just thick for no reason. The burger had no flare. Bland, no seasoning. It was just a burger. I love a great burger with seasoning, not over whelming where you would have to wipe away the excess. In and Out is a very basic burger restaurant. I don't eat ketchup, so I was offered a sandwich spread to put on my burger. HELLO! who does this? I grew up with that, and it was horrible then. Listen people. Maybe it's just me, I love a hot, juicy beef patty, lightly seasoned with a nice thick slice of tomato, onion, leafy lettuce with mustard and mayo. Yes, I said mayo! I get it, I am California native and I like what I like. Sometimes, I like BBQ sauce, too. But to each his/her own. But today, the strawberry milkshake made my meal. I just will not be visiting 😒 this restaurant again. Not BK not having it my way....

I came here because I wanted to try their hidden menu. Apparently they don’t do that here in Texas and I was really disappointed in that. The only thing they did for me was the Flying Dutchman and that was nothing spectacular. Literally two pieces of meat and cheese between grilled onions. That’s it. And you can’t convince me that their fries are freshly made, they taste like stale cardboard. The burger was decent, I will admit the price was very reasonable. The shake was the best part and the people were nice. The lady who took my order, did get my order wrong which I’m not sure how she did because it was pretty simple. I did enjoy that they asked if I’d be eating in my car and how I’d want my order bagged so that was nice. Here’s what I ordered:
