Hiring Leslie was one of the best parts to my wedding (aside from marrying my husband)! Absolute Professional and Customer Service oriented! I had been eyeing her work for a year prior to my wedding-but had stupidly hired someone else and I decided to pull that plug very last minute as I was not pleased with their communication style- or lack thereof. I contacted Leslie hoping she was still available and surprisingly she was!!! So thankful for that!! Her communication was on point. Had literal phone conversations about what it was I was looking for/needed. She drafted a contract very quickly which included a timeline for me to review and pay my deposit. She informed me how to prep my clip ins for installation, and enlisted makeup artist Christian to assist in the endeavor of doing makeup along with some of my bridesmaids. Christian was equally professional and listened to what I wanted. My hair is naturally curly, big, and sometimes frizzy so I was nervous about finding someone who could help ensure that my hair would stay the entire night and not frizz. My hair went from being one of my highest concerns to absolutely no concern at all. I had a bridal trial (highly recommend helping put things at ease)! Prior to my clip-in, style service I ensured my hair was straightened as straight as possible. While Leslie installed my Glam Seamless clip- ins I could barely feel that she was in my hair! She is not heavy handed, and her styling seems so effortless! She did my two flower girls' hair as well! Whipped up a beautiful bun for the little one and the older one some cute curls. She even helped a bridesmaid out style her own curls who was not slated for hair. Amazing Service- she truly is passionate what she does! My makeup by Christian was absolutely beautiful! She was timely and patient. She knocked out 6 Bridesmaids makeups as well and accommodated their individual requests as well! She provided touchup bags if requested however most of the ladies indicated they barely had to touch their makeup up except for lips after eating! This place is horribly managed has bad employees who can't cut worth a damn and quit at the slightest wrong doing on their end btw I had America to start to start finished with Leslie funny thing is I gave them specific photos and instructions and told I needed a no work hair do I don't have hair devices anything they do I must be able to do at home and they straightened it I have no straightener so now the back won't sit flat my hair doesn't look like when I left I am not pleased because they lied I told them I'm a tom boy very low maintenance I need a get out of bed and go hair do now im fussing with it trying to make it do what I want America scares me don't get her she can't follow directions and she does not listen I specifically told her no bangs bald forehead she let me keep glasses on but before I knew it she cut front hair I was like ahhhh what are u doing and almost bawled my eyes out because I said no bangs then she said but I thought u and I said no I want bare head no bands no styling and then she said let me see if my manager Leslie can understand u and she took over somewhat fixed the issue but not completely they have a problem following directions if u want ur stars im giving u one chance to fix this the back of my head is a mess and America kept trying to send me away and make me leave I wasn't gonna leave without a smile on my face looking stupid and...

Leslie did my hair for my wedding on 01/27/23. I LOVED IT! It was everything I wanted. She also did my flower girls, sister, mother, and mother-in-laws hair. They were all very happy and felt beautiful! My hair piece was also from her line and it was beautiful and I got so many compliments. If you want someone professional and that knows what she’s doing book Leslie and her team.

We also got our makeup done with Leslie’s team, Stef did my makeup and omg she did an awesome job and it lasted all night long ( I dance a lot ). I do my makeup everyday and I wanted to go all full glam for my wedding. She did exactly what I wanted I felt beautiful and in my pictures my makeup looks amazing. My sister wanted a little less makeup and she also loved her makeup and the way she made her eyes pop. She really does know what’s she’s doing when it comes to makeup and her eyelash line is amazing♥️ adding a picture of my sister and I so you can see a little bit of their work !
