I would definitely give this place a 5 star review if I wasn’t for the cashiers that I had to encounter few times. The ladies were entirely too rude to everyone. I mean when I say rude it was almost like if everyone they encountered was an inconvenience to them. I was there for awhile because I made myself a coffee with their new machine they have that makes espresso drinks (I’ll come back to that later) I also ordered a pizza for my kids. I saw a doordasher come in and the lady told the dasher he needed to get in line like everyone else. In a very condescending way. The dasher did just that. After he got his order, I was next in line to pay for my coffee as I had already paid for my pizza. The cashier proceeds to call someone whom I assume is the manager just to give him a heads up that she told a dasher he needed to get in line like everyone else. And she noticed the dasher looking at her name tag so she just knew he was going to call and complain. As he should even if that is the case no one deserves to be talked to like that. We are paying customers not your employees. We had an oppsie aswell in the store. The cup holder I had my coffee in broke from the bottom and spilled everywhere. There was a older Hispanic gentleman who told me he would take care of it and he was super nice. I apologized and he was too too nice about it. However when one of the cashiers passed by it she looked so annoyed by it. Once we were leaving a lady in front of me who works for 7/11 (I later found out she’s a project manager) was going out the door and we were behind her me and my 3 kids. The cashier went behind us and screamed “Miss Melissa!! I need to ask you a question” but as she was headed out the door I turned around and saw she was rolling her eyes and acting very annoyed that my kids were still coming out the door. Mind you my babies are 8,6,5 and very respectful. This is when I had enough. Once the lady named Melissa went inside with the cashier to answer her question. I waited patiently for her to come out and asked her if she was management. She told me know but she would listen to my concerns. I told her everything and she was super nice about it and said she would definitely speak to the manager about it. She even offered me coupons which was so nice of her. I later came back I think maybe 2 days later and I saw Melissa as I walked through the door and she greeted me and told me she was glad I came back. Now, for one the only real reason why I came back was because of the espresso machine they have. I was paying $9 at Starbucks for my Coffee. Once I discovered this machine and then their coffee bar is filled with options. From different flavors of coffee creamers, different sugars and coffee syrup flavors. It’s honestly great. They even have extra espresso coffee shots available. That won me over. This coffee machine can make, iced americanos, macchiatos, iced lattes, iced cappuccinos and aswell as hot. You are able to customize the amount of espresso and pumps of flavor such as hazelnut, caramel, vanilla and honestly forgot what else because I just get a vanilla iced latte and go to the coffee bar and dress it up some more. I maybe spend $2-3 bucks tops. This is the only reason I came back. Over the last few days since I addressed my concerns to Melissa the stores employees have changed up and the employees honestly have been a lot better. I did see one of the female employees in there and she still walks around looking bothered but maybe that’s just her face. Anyways felt like I needed to leave this review because when I talked to family members about my experience here and how much I hated that they have me wrapped around with the espresso machine because if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t go again. They also mentioned that “that location had rude cashiers they always have an attitude” but like I said the past few days that seems to have changed a bit. So kudos to that project manager Melissa honestly! That is someone who cares about...
Read moreOh, where do I even start with the unparalleled excellence that is 7-Eleven? This place is truly a beacon of convenience and quality, if you consider stale donuts and lukewarm coffee to be the pinnacle of gourmet cuisine. The store's ambiance is nothing short of extraordinary, assuming you enjoy the scent of spilled Slurpees and a hint of cleaning supplies.
The staff? Simply delightful! They have mastered the art of looking completely uninterested in helping you, which is a refreshing change from the overwhelming kindness you might find elsewhere. And let's not forget the selection—if you've ever wanted to experience the thrill of playing Russian roulette with expired products, this is your go-to destination.
The music playing in the background really sets the mood too. There's something uniquely jarring about hearing a mishmash of pop hits and what I can only describe as 'gay club anthems' while you're trying to decide which of the sad, wrinkled hot dogs on the roller grill looks least likely to kill you.
And who can overlook the pristine restrooms? If you're lucky enough to find them open, you'll be treated to an experience that truly redefines cleanliness. The sticky floors and creatively clogged toilets are just the cherry on top of your 7-Eleven adventure.
In summary, 7-Eleven is the epitome of convenience store excellence—if your standards are subterranean. Can't wait to go back and be disappointed...
Read moreThe gas station itself was nice and the bathrooms were clean. This did not, however, make up for the blatant rudeness of the staff I had the displeasure of interacting with tonight. I’ve worked customer service for many years and I’m also a teacher so I understand that they might have been having a rough night- but that never excuses such horrendous behavior toward clientele. I was having a really rough night, I was stranded in the parking lot for a few hours when my car broke down and then to top it off I was struggling to stop a nosebleed in the check out line trying to but a drink for my husband who was fixing my car. The cashiers were unforgiving when I misheard them about which register was open and then proceeded to trade demeaning, and loud, comments about me while I was right in front of them. My cashier then turned to me and faked niceties like I hadn’t just heard her insults. Then I, a grown woman, walked outside, nose still bleeding, and cried because of their hurtful comments. They were uncalled for and shockingly deprived of any empathy. Something tells me, based on their behavior tonight, that if those cashiers read my review they would laugh. I just hope no one else is subjected to their ridicule. I will be avoiding...
