The security guard, Mike?, went out of his way to chase me down, after I had mistakenly left my 💳 @ self check out!! I would’ve been screwed!! & Trent in Returns, was super went above and beyond as well. He helped me with the large return and somehow maintained a good & positive attitude throughout the lengthy process, Which would not happen anywhere else. 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ 🌈⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

Beware! Target no longer allows exchanges at all, only returns. If you used or received any type of Target rewards for your purchase, it will most likely mean you lose money during the return. I received a $10 giftcard in December as part of the “spend $40, get a $10 giftcard” type of promotion. I wanted to exchange some items from that $40 purchase, however I could not. I had to return them and then repurchase. The issue is that if you return items that enabled you to get a giftcard, Target will keep a percentage of the return value. My item was $12 but I was only able to get $9 back. I asked to exchange instead so I didn’t lose any money but was told that’s not an option at all anymore. Target knew what they were doing with this policy. I am frustrated with the company and do not plan to return...

Bought a game for Christmas my house got hit and wasn’t able to play it or open it so I opened it today and it was broke when I called the lady said she would exchange it no matter if I had my receipt or not I drove all the way from roxboro and the game had been sold out she told me it wasn’t nothing she could do about it I found my receipt but it was 2 days out of date but I was being honest with her of why I didn’t open the game bc somebody hit my house with a car 2 days before Christmas.. after my sister in law said something bc she was gonna do something without my receipt but no since I had it she finally gave me a in store credit but fussed the whole time.... the worse experience I have ever had there.... always make your customers happy if there...
