I can’t say enough great things about this furniture store and especially about Nina, the manager! I first met Nina a few years ago at the store in Massachusetts, and she made such a lasting impression with her kindness, knowledge, and genuine care for her customers. When I later moved to Florida, I actually went out of my way to find her again because she was that amazing—and I’m so glad I did! Nina goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. She truly listens, offers helpful suggestions, and makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. In my opinion, she’s the best manager I’ve ever met—professional, patient, and so passionate about what she does. On top of that, the store itself is beautiful, clean, and always so well put together. They have a wide variety of options that can fit any style, making it easy to find the perfect pieces to make your home beautiful and welcoming.    Read moreI am incredibly dissatisfied with this business, and particularly with Nina, the manager, for providing such poor customer service. I ordered a sofa and waited for it to arrive for twenty days. Since the receiving area close at 5 p.m., the delivery firm was late on the first try and was unable to deliver the sofa. The delivery man arrived by himself the following day, clearly suffering from a cold. He was unable to squeeze through the door because of the size of the sofa, and the delivery person soiled the furniture and damaged my front door. I requested an expedited return of the item.
The delivery that was scheduled for today was once again canceled owing to a lack of coordination and communication between them, after another 20 days of searching for a sofa and a revised delivery schedule. A terrible third-party delivery service, and Nina, the manager, provided terrible customer service. I still haven't received my sofa after 42 days in total. I have received numerous apologies for over 20 days, but my matter has not received any commitment. The salesman Gustavo is the only person I can praise for this stressful circumstance; he is a fantastic professional and very attentive.
