This is the third time I have this experience at this particular store; their associates have no idea what customer service is, they're aggressive, rude, not helpful or friendly. This last time I ask for help to see a product that's inside a display showcase, the associate was holding the display's door and waiting for another customer to finish looking at a product, so I asked if I could please see a watch, she (the associate) look at me with an annoyed expression and told me "you gonna have to wait", really? that's how you talk to a customer?, I don't see why she couldn't handle me the watch since the door was open and she was waiting for the other customer, if the reason was a store policy I can understand that, but she should be polite and ask me nicely to please wait a moment or call another associate to help. Instead she looked at me with disgust and talked to me like I was a terrible inconvenience or I just ruined her day.
Like I said this is the third time I have this experience in this particular store, the first time something similar happen and I complain to the store manager who was very kind, apologized and helped me, second time I was so upset I just left the store immediately and this third time I decided to review the store hopping some higher authority in the company reads it and do something about it, these people need someone to train them how to interact with customers and make them understand that thanks to we,the customers they have a job and can take care of them and their families, and if helping people is not their "thing" then find another job where there's not interaction...

If you work in the service industry and donât like people, please find another job. Iâm coming in to return two things, both of which I have a receipt for, and say âgood morning, I have two separate returnsâ and hear nothing back from the cashier. Itâs okay, cool, maybe youâre not a morning person. But, what makes me upset is her getting visibly irritated at me, because the jeans I tried to return didnât have the Ross tag on them⊠if it bothers you that much and itâs such a hassle, simply tell me you canât return them. I donât mind. Itâs you doing your job, but you getting visibly irritated me when I did NOTHING to you. Lol, thatâs embarrassing on your part. I ended up getting merchandise credit back and walked straight out, I donât feel like shopping somewhere where the customer is dismissed and treated like that. She did not say thank you or hope you have a good day, all she said was âyour receipt is over there, NEXTâ. That shows that you are obviously bothered. I worked customer service for two years and NEVER did I treat someone like that. People have their off days, I get that, but take a break, a breather, donât take it out on people, you never know what the next person is facing too. The rude fat island lady (the one that looks like a grumpy alligator) must hate white people or something because we've done nothing to her and she was being super rude and disrespectful to my partner for no reason. She literally yelled at my partner in line while the young one laughed at her. Typical jealousy/insecurity move that hateful ppl do. And when she was shopping she did it also in such a mean and aggressive way. She made my partner feel horrible and now im upset. She also purposely put all the things in my cart away and kept staring like she hated us. So I had to carry everything and look for it again. Our conclusion is she either racist or she's mad I left her a bad review last time and remembered me? Maybe she should change her attitude. The other ladies aren't as bad as her. She also doesn't wear her name on her tag so I'm gonna have to find out...
