This only get a one star cus its still starbucks and i cant give a 0, but this starbucks absolutely disgusts me. First they cannot follow simple instructions. There has not been one time that they have not messed my drink. i ask for no water in my drink and extra base and my drink is water down, when u go to give back ur drink u are followed with the worst attitude buy the employees. There are some very nice employees that i will give credit too but mainly the employees in the morning just ruin my whole experience. Another thing is that they NEVER warm up the food right. one time i went in there with my friend and she had to give back her brownie 3 times to get correct just for it to still not be fully warm, after the third time we just left. the other day i went through the drive thru and i ordered my drink no water and no lemonade(my drink is a strawberry acie refresher with apple juice replacing the water) and i got the drink it was made wrong, i gave it back, they did kindly make a another one, it was still wrong so i went inside, i was visibly upset and instead of the worker kindly going back and doing his job right he sat there and laughed at my face until another employee came and asked me how i wanted it down and made it right. i understand that this job is obviously not easy and i do give credit where credit is due but the starbucks on yalmatto boca (idk if i spelt that right), Pelmetto, and 441 locations do not have these problems and have more customers, those starbucks are what this...
Read moreSo sad that I have to leave less than 5 stars because of the experience I had today. I come to this Starbucks every morning before work because the staff I've encountered is super friendly and greet me by name when I go to pick up my morning usuals. Today when I picked up my Chai latte it was noticeably lighter than usual so I removed the top and saw that the drink was at least 2.5 inches from the normal fill line. I asked the closest employee, Angie, if it's supposed to be that way and she responded with a nasty attitude "you can see we're busy here". Being busy has nothing to do with my cup not being filled nor does being busy allow Angie to have such an attitude and to treat a customer that way. I understand busy and didn't complain when I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the "ready time" for the order I placed online before arriving. All of the other staff was just as busy yet no one had a bad attitude. I was apologized to by the other staff members and refunded. Dom was very kind. Read moreI have been to many locations in quite a few states. This is notable because it's the worst location I've ever been in. I was the only customer inside the dining room in the middle of the afternoon. There was a staff of at least 5 on duty but but it took about 20 minutes before anyone saw me and took my order. I'd tried online ordering but this location was not accepting online orders at that time. You'd never know it by the way these guys were running around making drinks and stuff for the drive-thru. When I arrived there was a long drive-time line at the drive-thru, but there were no customers inside the store. This place seemed to have more than enough staff, and be really mismanaged. This said, my coffee was very good but after I was served it, there was nothing at the fixing bar. I asked a guy for sugar and milk and he said "sure" and then forgot about me. Congrats, Deerfield!
