What a dump! And rude! Total mess. Things everywhere and on the floor. Trying to look at things was difficult. On top of that, there was a lady with a Jamaican accent who confronted me as I was looking at an item. She said "Don't open it." It wasn't wrapped, packaged, sealed or tagged in any way. I was just trying to figure out what it was. I said "Is there a reason why not? Its already open." She responded as if she were talking to a child, "Because we don't open things.." Obviously plenty of people do open things and throw them everywhere. The employees do not take the time to put them back. I understand the frustration but you dont randomly go around lecturing customers, especially not customers who are not making a mess. I just walked out....

Super cool store, but never buy their RC flying drone toys. I got the pterodactyl one to see how my cat would react to it (lol). I got home, open the box...no remote.

On the box is an icon logo that says "Heli Remote" and in tiny, tiny writing under that it says *not included.

Totally misleading. The toy is absolutely unusable if you can't control it. Complete rip off. It was only 2.50 so I'm not going to waste my time returning it, but how ridiculous is that?

I came in yesterday morning, and right away, everyone made me feel so welcomed it was such a positive and friendly atmosphere. It’s definitely the kind of environment I’d love to be in, where the staff genuinely care about helping customers. I was looking for a specific pop-up tent. They went the extra mile by calling another store to see if they had it in stock. Even though they didn’t have it there either, I truly appreciated the effort and teamwork.
