The WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I normally use the self checkout lanes but this time I decided to get checked out by a cashier due to price adjustments. Waited in line for 20-30mins due to the cashier (Alex) moving extremely slow and giving the woman in front of me a hard time. Its finally my turn to check out, when the woman comes back because Alex overcharged her. He tries to refund the customer and AGAIN makes a mistake a refunds her the wrong amount. At this point 4 people that were behind me had been checked out and left. The mgr was called to help the other customer and instead of assisting me he would rather watch the mgr. I asked him to ring me up and he suspended my transaction and told me to get rung up by another cashier. He FINALLY finishes my transaction. Once I get home I realize Alex had overcharged me as well. Back to Target I go where none of the mgrs are to be found. I finally spot a mgr who personally asks Tanya at customer service to help me.As soon as he leaves she startes to have attitude with me as if I overcharged myself. She also had no clue what to do so I had to actually instruct her on how to refund me my items. I then asked her if I could use my gift card towards this purchase. She tells me "I was being difficult for no reason and I' doing the Most" ,then take 2 customers and leaves me standing there waiting AGAIN. I asked for the mgr numerous of times and no one ever came. A short white man probably in his mid 50’s with brown hair was working the self checkout registers at the front. When I was checking out I noticed a couple things were priced wrong. I quickly went and took a picture of the price tags with the sale sticker next to it to show him so he can change the price for me. When I showed him, HE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME TELLING ME NO I WAS WRONG. He said the price that comes up on the computer is the correct price. And then when I took him to the aisle to show him the price tag and the sale sticker he took them off, ripped up the price tag, and put the sale sticker in his pocket, and said, “nope they’re not on sale.” How in the world is that fair to the customers. They can pick and choose who they want to give discounted items to? And then when I told him I want to speak to his manager, HE TOLD ME NO, then turned around and walked away. Looking back I wish I would’ve caused a scene and forced my way to his manager. Because that type of customer service is disgusting. It has to be a race thing, because I saw him being so polite and nice to the white guy next to us, but was disgustingly rude to me and my mom. People even turned around and were looking at him with anger while he was yelling at us in front of everyone. This is my usual target I always go to and spend lots of money at, but I can promise you I will never spend another penny at target in general if this is the type of people they hire. Read morei have been coming to this target for years and always have great service people that work her are really great but this last experience i had they went way above and beyond! Me and my family fell in love with a christmas tree star topper you sell and had been sold out everywhere! I called all targets and also was unavailable online. I called and asked if they would sell us the display model because we couldnt find this anywhere on the internet. i was told yes they could and i came in. Unfortunately this was only true for the christmas trees not the display stars that was in a custom case made by corporate (i was told by shamannie (ce)). i pleaded with her because as cheesy as it is our family loves christmas and we really felt it was the perfect star for our tree. Shamannie CE , lead by Jackie LOD and assited by Pierre AP began to brainstorm to dismantle this star from the display it was really a sight to see and really opened up my heart to see them all trying so hard and sincerely to make our little christmas miracle happen. But we got stumped but the last obstacle and i let it go but jackie lod didnt! she told me to come see ryan pml in the morning and she would tell him to see what he could do . I met ryan pml 2 days later and he got it out ! It is so amazing he was so gracious and helpful just like the others!
