To begin with, I immediately felt unsafe when I drove up because of the random people walking around outside this hotel. I made my way inside and told the clerk I had a reservation. He couldn't find my name in their system but luckily I had my receipt from you in my email to show I had a reservation here. I learned at this point that you are not connected to the hotel's reservation system, so when I arrived, I did not have a room as they didn't show a reservation. The clerk told me when you do the Stay-Park-Fly option like I did, that it doesn't come in through their reservation system so they had no way of knowing I had a reservation. The clerk did fine me a room there, but that's when it really went downhill. This hotel is absolutely FILTHY! My room was on the third floor. When the elevator opened, the smell quickly overtook me. Absolutely disgusting! There was trash all in the hallway floors, including a dirty diaper just thrown out of a room in a bag. My hotel room was hot and nasty. The bathtub was so nasty, there was no way I was going to shower in it. I noticed bugs flying around in the room and realized the sliding door will not even close all the way. There is about a half-inch gap in the door and you are not able to move the door. It even has a sign saying it is not able to be opened or closed, so that explained why the room wasn't cooling and why bugs were in the room. The walls have various levels of filth on them. The back of the main door had some kind of dried liquid splashed on it - can't even imagine what that was. The room was so disgusting that I wouldn't even put my belongings on the bed. I pulled out the wooden chair and sat my suitcase on it and immediately began searching for another hotel room. I left here within 15 minutes of checking in because there was no way I was staying there nor leaving my vehicle at this place. There is no way on Earth I would recommend this place to ANYONE.

This entire hotel smells so bad of cigarette smoke including the hallways, guest rooms, and elevator. The beds are hard, uncomfortable, and feel like they were wrapped in a diaper. I'm not sure if there's a possible mold issue in the AC of the room we were staying but my sinuses have been congested and bleeding since the night I was there. Two adults for one king bed, one pillow. When I asked the front desk for another pillow they told me there were not any. The towels in the bathroom were stained, extremely coarse, and had hair stuck to them. There's a balcony in the room with a sign that clearly states not to open the door so fresh option in the rooms is not available. The mini fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in a little bit, at minimum, because there was items left in there from someone else. Please make sure you're up to date on your tetanus shot before you use the microwave. There was also stains on the bathroom ceiling appeared to be blood ( I didn't discover this until after I showered in the morning). If it wasn't for the fact that it was already 4:30 in the morning by the time we got there and the surrounding hotels did not have any rooms available, I would have continued on and found something else. Location is right beside the airport; which logistically is great if you're flying but the noise from the air traffic can greatly hinder your ability to sleep. When we went to leave the following morning, the minute we opened the door to the hall, there was a very overwhelming smell of marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Looks like the hotel is trying to do their best with some updates, including some fresh paint, it's going to take a lot more than that to bring this hotel up to at least a 1 Star.

The good things, it was free because the airline made me miss my connecting flight and the shuttle driver got me back to the airport. This was the dirtiest, smelliest, most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. The floors were so dirty, I walked around on a towel. There was a bloody finger print on the towel holder in the bathroom. The room smelled liked cigarette smoke, weed and another smell I could not pin point. From the other reviews it was probably Meth. I could not sleep in that room! Someone else said Evil Spirits, yes that are some low vibes in that place. It was so dirty. Dark, old, smokey, dusty vents on the AC unit. Thankfully the AC unit worked. The other guests were sketchy to say the least and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they have a death wish.

this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time we booked the room from Thursday to Sunday. It is not Saturday. We have yet to see a housekeeper. i’ve been to the front desk several times asking for towels and washrooms. We have a double room with four people staying in it. We were given one washer ride, and two towels upon check in and haven’t seen anything else since after multiple attempts and calls to the customer service line to no avail I went to Walmart and bought wash cloths and towels. The person working the desk today has been asked three different times could we get some towels and washer and we keep getting told to check back later the last time I asked, which is what he had directed me to do. He began to curse at me and told me the rooms will be serviced on Sunday. How is this acceptable that it is a problem to get towels and a washcloth when the gentleman at the desk began to curse at me I informed him that I was recording the conversation because the interactions I had had with him previously had been so negative at which point he told me he was going to evict me from the Hotel for recording and he called someone and I sat there and waited at the front desk A lady came from some other place was extremely nice and rectified the problem within five minutes our room, his head, no housekeeping service the entire time we have been here. We finally ended up going to buy towels and washcloths, and finally got some from the hotel today which is Saturday only to be met with hostility and poor attitude from someone identifying themselves as the manager on duty is ridiculous. I actually felt threatened and unsafe and when I ask her dad to check out of the hotel and not pay for the days that we’re still upcoming, I was told I would have to pay for those as well even though he’s made it painfully obvious he does not want me in this hotel nor does he want to provide the service that I’ve already paid for I travel extensively at least 2 to 3 trips per Month and I will never stay At this hotel again, I have asked repeatedly from Number for a general manager or a district manager to give me a call because I cannot believe that they’re OK with their employees treating customers like this and if they are, that’s a whole Nother...

Pictures used on website and other "discount websites" MUST be using photos when it was in its prime! They are not current photos; buyer beware.

Check-In went promptly, there was only 1 staff member. He was friendly but did not inform us of any details of the hotel amenities ie- location of pool, continental breakfast hours, checkout time, etc.

Requested a non-smoking room-so we were placed on the 3rd floor, which is supposed to be a non-smoking floor. However, the smell of Marijuana was EXTREMELY overwhelming just in the hallway- I think I received a contact buzz walking to my room.

Entry of the room seemed okay at first glance. The best had a NOTICEABLY dip in the middle of the bed. The room was probably "spot" cleaned - by "spot" cleaned I mean trash emptied, sheets changed, and floor vacuumed in the main walk ways.

The balcony did not have a screen and the lock did not work but had a chain lock for safety. The room had a layer of dust around the edges where the vacuum could not reach. The desk and dresser were not wiped off recently as there was dead insects. GROSS! The phone in the room was dirty, had residue on the ear piece with hair. The bathroom was not any better!!!!

Last night was horrible- walls are super thin. You hear people on there balconies and the people on either side of you!

Only positive I see is that they have flat screen TV and fridge & microwave. No idea if any of those work cause I didn't use them!

Original plans was to stay here two nights and I wouldn't have stayed here last night if I hadn't gotten in so late and other hotels weren't already booked. Yes I called a few. I managed sleeping with clothes on!

Opt for the Holiday Inn across the street - this is NOT a 2.5 star rating hotel.

Upon checkout early canceling the second night; Virginia the desk clerk did not ask the cancellation or how the stay was! Nothing! No hospitality at this...
