Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

I hate writing reviews but it's my Second time here. Manager is extremely rude (both times) Walked in he is on his phone and doesn't greet me ,mind you, I was the only customer at the moment. I ask if I can have a chicken California and if they could add the ranch to my chicken on the grill before the cheese. Answer it just straight up no, It ruins the grill, which isn't true (flattop grill cannot get ruined by a little ranch). First tile I was told no because then he would have to clean the grill afterwards. My family has been in the Charlie's franchise for 15 years now and if a simple request is made it is usually met without attitude ,as I myself worked in the family business for 6 years and myself am in customer service business. I ordered there shakes before and was super psyched for this. I even took a photo of the sandwich prior.. my very first bite a RIDICULOUSLY LONG DARK hair was in my cheesesteak. I would LOVE to " keep it moving " but I 100% CANT. I want to be contacted and I want my money back. That was utterly disgusting. My hair is not only in a hair wrap it's tied up

The boy with the curly black hair on grill needs to be fired in my opinion. The way he spoke to his coworker was soo disgusting and the way he spoke to me wasn't any better. He wore headphones so he couldn't hear the woman tell him about my order and when I ultimately had my order wrong he gave her and attitude and told her to do her job and when I mentioned if he wasn't listening to music he would've heard her I was then told to mind my business.
