The don't have a pool, exercise room, or in-house restaurant, but you don't expect a fancy resort for the very reasonable price. The strengths are: Great location (a short walk to the ELP terminal on a nice smooth, safe sidewalk), also we walked to Cattle Baron, and Corner Bakery and other food is not much farther. We found our room to be perfectly clean and no bugs. Big enough with good shower. We stayed a total of four nights, and by that time you can get tired of the same hotel breakfast, but at BWAE we felt the breakfast was varied enough to be 100% satisfactory every morning. So this represents a BIG savings since nowadays you might pay $15-$20 each for desayuno if you had to go out. But the MOST positive thing about thus hotel is the staff. The girls at the desk were so nice to us. Lucy espectally was very friendly and helpful, y Brenda también. Some reviewers complained of the street noise but we were on the N side and it was quiet as could be. They have a great little patio where one can sit for a quiet convo. The whole place has green space around, and, of course there's the cool equestrian bronze statue right there at ELP entrance.

This hotel absolutely made my day; I am in the process of moving across the country and arrived at 3:30AM local, after a 16+ hour drive from New Orleans, with my stressed out cat in tow (I picked them because they are pet friendly) and the front desk clerk moved with great efficiency to get me checked in so I could settle my pet. Afterwards he made sure that I had access to the breakfast option, even though I was two hours early; all I wanted to do at that moment in time was wolf down some food and pass out and he made it happen without any fuss. The next afternoon a different front desk person was able to direct me to a great local Mexican option for lunch and later that evening they checked me out with the same efficiency as my check in and sent me on my way. Very friendly staff across all shifts, pet friendly hotel, and above average included breakfast. Also a soda fountain in the lobby that's free/included for all guests. Will definitely repeat this location if I ever find myself back in El Paso.

Maybe the best hotel experience I've had in a long time (and I've stayed in a lot!) Brenda at the front desk was so great and welcoming, also taking care of us at checkout the next morning. The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby area is open and bright and there's also a nice patio outside with a fire strip for the chilly evenings. There are snacks for purchase in the lobby and also a full hot breakfast in the morning. While there's no restaurant onsite there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel next door. Lastly, there's a meditation room with two full body massage chairs and free drinks 24/7 in the lobby! The room was modern and clean and the free WiFi was fast and stable. The bedding was comfortable and the shower was both sparkling clean and the perfect pressure. For the price paid I can't say I've ever had a better experience. Well done!

What a wonderful experience after a dreaded diverted flight and not much help from American Airlines on 7/12/25-7/13/25. Checked in at 10pm and service was great from that point on. Explained when asked for water that the soda fountain (which has water) was unlimited which was awesome! The best part of my experience was the lady at front desk when I checked out (I got her name specifically for a review and of course forgot it). I checked out early to go to the airport in hopes to catch a flight. It was once again delayed so I called and the hotel and they allowed me to walk back over for breakfast. Once back there I had a great and filling breakfast wit lh plenty of options. As I was leaving I stopped to talk to front desk and she insisted I take a little more time and go to the meditation room and sit in the massage chairs before heading back to the airport. Such a wonderful experience after long travel. This hotel is great, clean, cozy, plenty of breakfast options, and the best part WONDERFUL STAFF! Nothing feels better than someone caring after a long night of getting the run around. Thank you so much for all of you at Best Western for making me feel a little more at home with your amazing hospitality! If I ever come through El Paso again and need a place to stay, I won't even think twice. Keep up the great hospitality ladies all 3 that I encountered are...

I took a solo trip to El Paso to visit a long-time friend who was stationed at the base. I searched high and low for a decent hotel and to my surprise, I found this Best Western with solid Yelp and Google reviews across the board.

The rates were affordable, so I booked it for a night as I traveling to NM by morning.

It was an 8-hour drive from Austin and I had arrived late, however, I was greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. There was plenty of parking since they shared parking with the next-door hotel. The room I received did not have much of a view, but a tree. It was fine since the room was clean and did not have a musty odor.

There was decor representing El Paso and even the headboard had an "ELP" graffiti mural on it which was a nice touch of character. I loved the bright lime green and the blue colors which added more charm to the room. It was modernized with a twist.

The bed slept comfortably soft as well as the pillows. I slept like a baby, to say the least.

Upon walking up in the morning, I got dressed to go downstairs for breakfast. I was shocked to find out that they had something that I could eat. I got a bowl, some bananas, granola, with Kikkoman Pearl Soymilk in vanilla and had a fulfilling breakfast.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Best Western! It was a pleasant experience and I honestly cannot wait...

The location cannot be beat. You can literally walk to the terminal from the hotel in 6 minutes. The staff is very friendly, and doing their best.

But, there are some downsides. I found my floor (3rd) occupied by inconsiderate loud people, doing trashy things, like leaving their fast food bags of trash outside their room, talking loudly in the hallway, and allowing their doors to slam.

The sound insulation is really poor. There was a large gap under my door that let so much light in the room that I needed to mask it by placing a towel on the floor in front of it. The noise from the roadway was really loud, their windows provide very little sound insulation. The noise from adjacent rooms was a problem as well.

For a relatively new hotel, lots of things were in disrepair. Minor, but showing a lack of attention to detail in favor of being cheap. The door to the bathroom was hung incorrectly, the door knob metal "rose" wasn't attached to the door, trim along the bathroom tile floor was missing. Not major stuff, but still looks bad and leaves a poor impression. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the staff should have noticed that when cleaning.

Bed was comfortable, though, and there was adequate storage in the smallish room. Decor was nice. The price was competitive and fair.

Public service announcement: PLEASE TIP THE...
