My boyfriend and I always come to this location and always have a great experience! Today on July 5th we were helped and greeted by a sweetheart by the name of Melanie. The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and patient while I looked through all the delicious flavors and things they have on their menu. The ice cream was creamy, rich, and full of flavor you can really tell it's made with quality ingredients. I tried the cookies & cream and it was honestly one of the best l've ever had. Staff is very rude, we were in line for 15 mins and people that walked in where being attended and they wouldn't respect us being in line. We tried to make a line to make it easier on the staff but they do not respect that. We tried letting her know we had been waiting but employee acted like she couldn't hear us. It's disrespectful and a way to make customers have a negative experience. Employee was wearing mint hoodie and glasses. Have your staff be nicer to the customers. Great snack place when you feel a craving for something sweet and spicy Mexican style.

Went with the family and ordered some tostinachos served like nachos cheese beens and some jalapeños.

We got a Pepinos loco that comes with two cut in half cucumbers 🥒 placed in the middle with some Jicama some crunchy coated peanuts, squinkles rielitos which are Mexican gummy candy drizzled in some chamoy and lime.
