Shindigs & Events — Local services in El Paso

There aren't enough stars to give here to Shindigs & Events because I would give them 10 or more . As you can imagine, the stresses and planning you need to do when it comes to party planning the cost, the location, times the dates, the weather, the cake etc.. Is this "the place "?" We can never be too sure and especially when you want the party to be a success. I say no matter how prepared you think you are, you aren't. As every hall is different, I haven't seen many like this one. Many halls that I've been invited to are not as great as they are small or unclean and unkept. They don't offer packages that are affordable or worth your money. They have affordable packages within your price range that won't break your budget which I appreciated more..when you find a hall that says "hey this is what we bring to the table" and "this is what you will bring"; where they meet you halfways is about the best thing you can hear, that some of those worries will be lifted off your shoulders. I thought for once I could enjoy the party myself. The outside may trick you into looking like any other business, but once you walk inside, your image just changes .. You'll see a set up to your right and a set up to your left, two convienent doors as well to enter/exit the hall; approaching the hall itself, its lighting is just right. Nothing too bright nor too dark, surrounding areas of curtain lightings, tables were within a good range of each other, an open floor, dance floor, dj booth, a baby changing room, treat station, pre decorations with your choice of table covers, and seating. You will find the amenities that you won't find in others that I've seen. You will also have two bathrooms, a photobooth to capture cherishable memories , a cake table, jumping balloon, kitchen area, ice cooler, slideshow, charming centerpieces, and recommended Catering Services which had very delicious food. They come some ground rules but all reasonable. A special BIG, BIIIIIG THANKs!!🙏 to Memo for hosting and being so attentive as well as his son who assisted with the completion of decorating in the additional hour provided for decoration set up which other halls or event places would not go above and beyond to help your party be the best! It meant a lot to hear a family member notice immediately how wonderful it was already. So I highly highly recommend Shindigs & Events for your event! Thank you again for making my daughters graduation party a memorable one!!!...

I had my graduation party here and I’m so grateful to my parents and the owners, Memo and his wife, who made it the best party I’d ever attended!! Memo was very sweet and cool and I loved how attentive he was by making sure we were satisfied with the way the party was going. That paired with the way he constantly took initiative in announcing certain things really just ensured that the party went as smoothly as it did. A lot of owners don’t do that but I’m really grateful that Memo did because watching my mom not be stressed out over running a party for once made it that much more enjoyable for me and her. This hall is also beautifully decorated and can be made even better with your own decorations which I found to be a nice surprise because a lot of other halls I’ve been to are a little bland in their own decorations. I loved all the lighted curtains around the place, the fact that there’s a little lobby before before the main floor, the disco ball right above the dance floor, and the fact that not only does it have two bathrooms and a baby changing room but that the bathrooms were CLEAN. There’s nothing more important to me at a place like this than a clean bathroom. My favorite part of the whole thing was the Photo Booth and the famous Candy Cart included in our package. My entire party, as well as myself, enjoyed the Photo Booth and all the little kids loved the Candy Cart which I found to be adorable. It was especially cute how it was “closed” for an hour or two until the wonderful Memo announced it’s opening. All in all, there’s no other hall that would’ve made my graduation party as amazing and memorable as it turned out!...

Hosted a birthday party at this venue and everyone fell in love with the place!! It was beautiful decorated by the time we showed up to set up. Exceeded my expectations 100. The owners truly go above and beyond for you to truly enjoy your evening and not worry about a single thing. The photobooth young lady encouraged fun poses and was super welcoming making it comfortable for everyone to be silly and have fun. The DJ was amazing!! Played the best music, I thought it was my own play list playing, i didn't realize when the switch was made from our phone to the actual Dj. She kept the crowd happy and played any selection requested. Security was alert and courteous. The whole night was perfect and we had such a blast!! I didn't have to worry about a single thing and for once I was able to fully enjoy my own party. From the minute I contacted the owners to see the venue, they were both awesome communicating. I dealt with the husband to sign the contract and he was very professional and very thorough. Gave me amazing deal, very affordable. His wife hosted the event with the most humble, respectful and joyful attitude. She was very kind and ready to help with anything needed. Such a beautiful soul! Had a lovely experience over all with these new owners and I will be coming back! I definitely recommend Shindigs & Events if you want to have an unforgettable event. I wish I'd find...
