The food here is absolutely delicious!!!! We highly recommend the chilaquiles. The tostadas they use are super crispy and they have different sauces to choose from. Also everyone is super friendly there! We ordered burritos, which were absolutely amazing by the way and while we were waiting we got greeted by Luis who noticed we were looking at the chilaquiles on the menu and he explained to us how they were made and recommended them to us. Nope. They turned out to be extremely stingy. Small overpriced burritos. You have to ask for their little mediocre pocket sized salsas. It was good when they first opened I’m not going to lie awesome service! But after the third visit yea we decided they went downhill quick. Awful service now. They take forever even without being busy. they literally took a year and half to open, only to fail. Greedy management. Let me repeat; it was our THIRD VISIT when we decided to just quit...

Llamé a esta sucursal para hacer un pedido de chilaquiles, burritos y una limonada para llevar. Al llegar, me comentaron que por tratarse de chilaquiles, la calidad sería mucho mejor si se ordenaban en persona, ya que al estar listos con anticipación pierden frescura. Estuve totalmente de acuerdo y decidimos ordenar directamente ahí para llevar.

Hicimos dos pedidos idénticos de chilaquiles con huevo incluido, pero al regresar al trabajo y revisar la comida, notamos que ninguno traía huevo, aunque sí se nos cobró. También pedimos burritos y una limonada, los cuales estuvieron bien, pero la falta de atención en los chilaquiles fue muy decepcionante.

Ese día era mi cumpleaños y sinceramente estaba muy ilusionada por comer ahí, ya que siempre ha sido uno de mis restaurantes favoritos desde que lo conocí en Juárez. Me dio mucha tristeza que la experiencia no estuviera a la altura. Intenté llamar de nuevo para informar lo ocurrido, pero no obtuve respuesta. Envié un mensaje con fotos explicando la situación, pero nunca me respondieron.

Afortunadamente, hoy visité otra sucursal y el servicio fue mucho mejor.
