Amazing Hotel to stay at. Amazing breakfast options. Great rooms. However the rooms were a little dirty and they also charge for pets which is horrible.
During my recent visit to El Reno, Oklahoma, I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western El Reno. I am pleased to award this establishment a four-star review as it provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the friendly staff to the well-appointed rooms, the Best Western El Reno offers a pleasant stay for both business and leisure travelers.
One of the standout features of the Best Western El Reno is its welcoming and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations about local attractions and dining options. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay was evident throughout my visit.
The rooms at the Best Western El Reno were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area. The room amenities, including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator, added convenience and made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected during my time at the hotel.
The hotel also features a range of additional amenities that enhance the overall experience. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Additionally, the business center provided a quiet space for me to catch up on work and complete any necessary tasks.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the breakfast selection. While the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including cereals, pastries, and hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage, the overall quality of the food could be enhanced. It would be beneficial to incorporate more fresh and healthier choices, such as a wider selection of fruits and yogurt, to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences.
The location of the Best Western El Reno is convenient for travelers, as it is situated near major highways and within proximity to local attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the historic downtown area or venture out to nearby attractions, the hotel's location served as a great starting point. Additionally, there were several dining options within walking distance, providing additional convenience for guests.
In terms of value for money, the Best Western El Reno offers competitive rates for the quality of service and accommodations provided. The combination of the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities make it a worthwhile choice for travelers seeking a pleasant stay without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, the Best Western El Reno offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay in El Reno, Oklahoma. With friendly and attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, and convenient amenities, the hotel ensures a pleasant experience for its guests. While the breakfast selection could be improved, the overall value for money and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers in the area. I would certainly consider staying at the Best Western El Reno again...
Read moreThe roof was being worked on, and some of the parking places had packs of shingles in front of them. My dad moved one of them to park. He is older, 83 years old and was wanting to get as close to his room as possible because he was worried about his truck and also a freezer he had frozen meat in. When we came back from eating dinner, one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered just blasted my father, an elderly man with multiple stents in his heart, with great disrespect and anger. He was just furious because the shingles had been moved. He the same as told him how stupid he was and was very disrespectful. He said he was the security person there. This man does not need to be working anywhere near the public. He has anger issues and I was honestly afraid the rest of our time at this hotel because of this incident. He also said the shingles were there so no one would park there and get their vehicles messed up by falling debris, but this was right outside our door and we could have been hit personally by falling debris if that were indeed the case. We will never stay at this hotel again!! This man also needs to find another job and maybe go to anger management class. If the parking lot was off limits for vehicles and pedestrians, it should have been roped off and notice given when we checked in. Not one word was said. The room was fine and the front office young man...
Read moreI really have no clue how this place got 4 1/2 stars!! I traveled here from North Dakota on a trip for work. I was already scheduled by my boss to stay 1 night but I called to ask the front desk lady (Crystal), if I could book an extra day on my own. She told me with attitude that they were all booked. I looked online and had no issues booking. When I showed up to check in her attitude was no different. She was absolutely miserable, made me wonder how awful management was because well treated employees are usually happy 🤷🏽♀️. Once I walked into my room it had a thick mildew smell and the carpet had large stains. Once I took my shoes off I noticed the carpet was grimey and oily, so much so that I had to lay down their towels to walk on. Another couple was outside complaining about the same issue in their room. I wiped the carpet with a hand towel and it was filthy. One of the pillows had blood droplets. The chairs were dirty as well. I sprayed the carpet with 2 bottles of foaming carpet spray and it helped the smell a little but it stayed gross. There is an ironing board but no iron. They also advertise a blowdryer but no blowdryer in room... daily housekeeping is also advertised but nobody stopped by to offer anything the second day. I let my boss know I won't stay here again. I expected more from the Best...
