I went through the drive thru at 10:30pm on a Tuesday evening. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a large fry and a medium shake.
The full sized chicken sandwich had a baby bun on it. The fries tasted like they were made yesterday. And cold. And ZERO salt. Like not salted one bit. Had to go through the drive thru again to get salt because the cold fries were so bad. She tells me she can't do a shake because the shake machine is broken. I ask when it broke. That's when she says, "Well, it didn't break. I turned it off at 10pm." (Why??!?!? Wait till midnight or something. It makes no sense to shut it down when there is still a good handful of customers. You'll have all night to clean it.) Anyways, okay, I guess you can give me a sweet tea then. I take a drink of it about a half mile from the store. NO ice. The tea was 80 degrees! Bleck!!! How do you give a person a HOT iced tea with no ice with a straight face?? Lazy gross people. AND....AND...the person who made it did not follow any type of a recipe. They dumped ONE OR TWO POUNDS of SUGAR in it. It was completely undrinkable. So GROSS! Lukewarm room temperature "iced tea" with sugar floating on the bottom because it is SO overdone. Disgusting!
So EVERY. SINGLE. PART. of the meal was disgusting. I'm amazed they are even open. Putting out disgusting garbage like that is more destructive than if they just shut their doors. Awful.

   Read moreSo, I've frequently patroned this Burger King, and I finally decided to write a review. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue or what, but this BK is habitually slow. I do expect to wait a little longer at night sometimes, but it's starting to creep over into the day shift as well.
Typically when I go it's late at night, and they're Rent many people there, but somehow orders are so often wrong. I can deal with it occasionally, but if I had to guess I would say approximately 40% of my orders are typically incorrect
My issue today...that was ultimately the last straw and the reason for the post. I was in line, inside the restaurant. I believe her nametag read LaDonna but I may be wrong there, shouted to the employee on the front counter not to take any more orders, and also the same for the window. No word to me (standing three feet) from the counter. They just stopped taking order 12:30 in the middle of the day, because they had 6 orders already. Without letting me know how long or anything I should expect to wait, I was left standing there.
This BK has lost a customer. I don't expect gourmet, but I do expect a baseline of service that this BK has failed to meet one...
   Read moreHonestly, I wouldn’t waste your time with this place! I visited this restaurant through the drive-.thru on September 1, 2025 at approximately 6:50 am to order breakfast. A single order with nothing extravagant. I was told to pull ahead as they prepared the food. The same happened with the couple behind me. Other than two gentleman inside the restaurant, business was slow. After waiting almost 15 minutes for my food, I went inside and requested a refund, which the manager was more than willing to accommodate. To her credit, it felt like she understands good customer service but unfortunately her employees do not!
Traveled to another restaurant just down the road and placed a similar order which I had in my hands in less than 3 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Burger King to prevent the frustration I experienced. There are much better options...
